Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Memphis Southwind, an IHG Hotel

very clean, comfortable. great breakfast with some changes from one day to next. fresh eggs! did not spare on the AC! price good forMemphis; easy access to fwy so no problem seeing sites.

blackout curtain broken and could not be raised. they did send a repair man as we were about to leave. difficult untying the hairdryer from the dark closet… was just about ready to cut it down!

The breakfast was great! They had tons of variety and as Muslim travelers we are careful about what we eat but we did not face any problems checking ingredients as everything was in its original packaging. The room was super huge (biggest I’ve ever stayed in) and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were helpful and gave us an extra blanket when we asked for it.

The breakfast was amazing, the best eggs and cinnamon rolls of any place I have stayed. They also bake the best choc chip cookies I have ever had! Elmira and Dorenda were exceptional! We were so well cared for and treated just like family and will never stay anywhere else in Memphis. We love this place

I love the location, the hospitality and most of all I REALLY APPRECIATE the kindness of the front desk receptionist guy (rewinding the camera) locating my grandson apple tablet, that someone picked up out of the lobby chair and took it to their room; while my grandson mother (my daughter) was trying to check in.

The spacious room with an awesome bathroom; a huge television; a couch & coffee table; the cleanliness of the hotel, the delicious REAL breakfasts; and most importantly the friendly, helpful staff. All of this for a most affordable price. We will seek a Holiday Inn & Suites IHG for all of our future travels.

Everything about our stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Memphis was the best experience ever! There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like!

the breakfast was the reason we booked from the pictures. we got there and the breakfast was exactly like the picture. it was wonderful by husband really enjoyed it.

Loved the friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable bed, the corner suite, the flavored creamer and the cookies in the afternoon! Breakfast was good.

My only negatives are: the omelettes were a little overcooked, and we saw very few people wearing masks.

I exchanged my room because the coffee maker and the shower were not working. It was old water in the coffee maker and was not working. Also, the shower needed to be fixed. Only 1/3 of the water came from the shower head, and 2/3 ran from the bottom.

I enjoyed the breakfast down th every last bite. It would not have been the same with out a lady by the name of Patrica. She was there every morning to make sure that everything was fine and prepared and alway piping hot. This was definitely my favorite part of the stay.I was happy to have Ms Patrica there on staff.

I was hoping that the prices would have been a little cheaper. I would definitely have extended my stay if they were.I would be happier to learn of more opportunities to earn reward points
