The room and lounge area were very clean and relaxing.

In our room, we had several issues. First, in the tub the, the bottom was very slipery. The "grab" bar was nearly pulled off the wall, like someone had to grab it to keep from falling. It was needing just some maintence and minor repairs. The bath tissue was so thin that it took 3 or 4 sheets to use. Secordly, the microwave was damaged, and had burn marks. My wife was afraid to use it. The continal breakfast was the bare minimum. The staff was very hard to understand because of lanuage differences.

The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfortable, and the internet was amazingly fast with no bad connection or freezing. The A/C was cold and the water was hot. Highly recommend.

Really don't have any complaints as it relates to the service from the staff of anything to really gripe about as it relates to this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff courteous and professional. The location was great with plenty of dinning options. Highly recommend.

Home Inn and suites met all of my requirements so as far as I things I didn't like would just be complaining. So once again I would stay here and recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly. Even called to make sure we were still coming in so they could available for us! Lobby was clean.

I found hair in the bathtub and some of the walls had dirty finger prints on them. The tissue box also have brown stuff caked on the side of the box.

I liked that the staff was nice and the rooms were clean and nice.

The bed wa not that soft for and it had a dent in it and the people next door had a dog and played there music half the night!!

The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, fluffy pillows, hot water, and cold air. The internet connection was very good and did not stall or freeze and the tv had cable.

We had an issue with the toilet which was fixed. However, new plumbing parts are needed so that the customers don’t have to.

Location was perfect and right off the freeway.

The washer and dryer were out of order. When traveling with kids it's nice to be able to wash when needed.

Clerk at the check- in desk was efficient and kind. Price was fair. Location was convenient to the highway and restaurants.

Fresh fruit at the breakfast bar would be nice.
