Two of the staff were great and went the extra mile when I needed assistance. One was Sai. The gentleman's name I did not get. Wore glasses. Security in the parking lot. Made a big difference for me.

The internet was pretty poor. Often I had to use my phones hotspot to use my computer or playstation. The area is not a good one so understandably you can only enter from the front and often only leave that way as well. Hallways always smell like weed. A smell I absolutely loathe.

The property was very clean. The staff was absolutely amazing & went out of their way multiple times to ensure a great stay!

In the policies it says that they might hold a deposit of 1 night’s stay in case of cancellation. It was taken from the card the morning of the trip- which is fine. So one would think that you would just have to pay for the other night upon arrival. But once I got there, I had to sign something stating that there would be another $150 hold on my account. They said that it was refundable & would be given back in 3-5 business days but almost every guest that we saw check in / out also had concerns with this policy.

Easy to get to and likes that it’s been updated. Just not very pretty when we look outside of our room. The bed was super comfortable for us after a long day of activity and driving. We arrived around 11 at night and had a little trouble with check in but everything was fine afterward. Breakfast looked and tasted fresh. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The door handle stopped working overnight so couldn’t use key to enter room. It was fine since we couldn’t leave our dog alone in the room so one of us could open the door for the other.

The staff was amazing. Super friendly, always smiling and conversational.

The rooms needed some TLC … we had two rooms. One toilet seat was way loose, and really just needed to be replaced. I asked it to be replaced while we were gone for the day… we returned after 6 hours and it had only been slightly tightened, but that’s all. It was still very wobbly, and not exactly safe for the two 80+ year old women who occupied the room. The breakfast was not good. The food was almost out with one hour remaining in breakfast service time. It was certainly not up to the usual standard for hotels such as this. We went to Cracker Barrel the 2nd morning (which fortunately is less than 2 miles away).

Love staying here and this is my go-to place for Memphis! Check-in’s always a breeze, staff are polite, friendly and efficient. When I arrived, it took about 2 minutes, and hey presto, I was in my room. Front desk and lobby areas are clean, complimentary coffee/tea is available 24/7 and the vending machines are stocked. They are back to serving a full breakfast, and the bacon is yummmyyy. The spread is quite comprehensive, with good options, healthy yogurts, juices and fruits, etc. Room was perfect, as usual. The height of the beds are optimal for sleeping and firm too, pillows are soft, and everything’s always super clean/organized. Super big TV with lots of channel options, space for luggage and counter-space. The fridge and microwave worked pretty well too :) Sam, the manager who runs the place, does a great job, and love chatting with him when I see him around! Looking forward to my next visit!! 😉👍🏼

The hotel staff were very nice at every interaction , every single one. We were traveling with our pets and this was the only pet friendly hotel with no pet fee, and was budget friendly.

The area is sketchy, but security is on site and I felt safe taking my dog out to the bathroom....just not pretty to look at . I did love that there is a secure fence around the property, which was nice to have with dogs getting in and out of the car

The inside looked very clean and nice. The staff was nice.

The outside looked dilapidated the front awning part was falling in or completely gone, and it made me apprehensive to go inside. There were multiple people walking around the parking lot that were not guests of the property, and this was another thing that made me apprehensive.

very clean room comfortable beds and super friendly staff. i had forgotten my tooth brush and they had some available full size even when I asked. room had enough towels for everyone so we didn’t have to make an extra call for more(there was 6 of us). also there was a security car driving around parking lot at night.

the location was a little questionable in the parking lot where we parked there was glass all over the ground where you can tell someone’s vehicle window had been broken. we didn’t leave anything in our car just as a precautionary measure.

Location ..right off the interstate .easy off and back on.. Breakfast area was nice and fully stocked . Front desk man was really nice . Room was clean .. elevator worked ... It was just a one night stay .. but we would stay there again . The pillows were comfy .

The ground Infront of the back door area was slippery after it rained . Never stayed at a place where the sink area was detached from the shower area .. the bed I slept in felt more like a hammock . The middle was sunk in . The parking lot is really small ..

The elevator would stop working sometimes and I was on the fourth floor. Also the water pressure would sometimes slow or stop completely. TV didn’t really work (wasn’t really there to watch tv though) other than that it was fine.
