The breakfast was Ok. The lady who prepared the omelets and waffles was great. However, I arrived before the 10 a.m. breakfast deadline and was charged $14. About 10 minutes later, a gentleman came in late and was given the same breakfast by the manager, for a lesser charge. I have no problem with paying, but if you place a cut-off time for the meal, it should be followed and no special concessions should be made for others! Other than that, it was a good stay. I'm not sure points were added to my Hilton Honors account though.

There were some ants located in the bathroom of Room 331.

The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good. I especially liked that I was able to get cracked eggs instead of the scrambled liquid eggs on the buffet. The selection was really good too. Our waitress was really good. I liked the cookies at check in. The indoor pool is great too.

Our bed looked like someone had been lying on top of the comforter. It wasn’t very neatly made. The bathroom door wasn’t super secure. So, I could literally hear everything that was going on in there when my husband was using the bathroom even though the tv was on. The room was rather noisy as well. I could hear everything that was happening outside in the hallway, every footstep, conversation, everything!!! I could only hope that they couldn’t hear us that well when they passed by! No microwave!

The convenience of the breakfast was good. There were many selections of food to choose from and the service was superb! It was very clean. The service people were so attentive and pleasant. We were thrilled with our location. We were just a little outside of the middle of the city so there was less traffic and that parking was so much better where we were staying. It was very convenient to go to all our tourist locations.

Our only problem was connecting to the Internet. Our devices just couldn't make the connection and if it make the connection it popped us right off.

Great location

My car along w 4 other cars were broken into taking my son back to college. We lost over 3,000 worth of stuff. Was broken into at 8:00am in the morning. Police never came. Not hotel fault but very bad experience.

The hotel itself is nice, clean and comfortable. The daytime staff is extremely pleasant.

Evening staff could've been a bit more pleasant. My best friend was hosting a 50th birthday celebration there for her husband and the staff working the event were a bit rude and dismissive. And the food on our buffet was not tasty at all. The makeshift bar was low shelf and extremely overpriced. Many of us flew in or drove in from different states and spent quite a bit of money to be there but did not feel very welcome by the staff at all.

The breakfast was pretty good and the location was fine for what we wanted to do. Our bed was comfortable. It also has an indoor pool for the families with children that like to swim😊

My room had a lil trash in the bathroom under the vanity but other than that it was fine.

Nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and large flat screen TVs. Temperature was 101 outside and room was a nice cool 69! Security was present and visible in the parking lot especially at night.

The location was wonderful! Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do & close to all of the eating spots. I also loved how roomy our room was & I loved the location of the room on the 2nd Flr w/a view of the Center Court. Lastly, I thought the Front Desk staff gave us GREAT customer service from Checkin to Checkout. When I come back to Memphis, Doubletree @ Sanderlin will be my choice location to stay at.

I HATED not being able to find decent, SAFE parking after dark (for two single women...me & my daughter). If I had traveled alone, parking would've been TOTALLY unsafe for a single woman to do after dark. I probably wouldn't want to stay at this location "becuz of that", if I were to travel alone. I also didn't like that maid service wouldn't come make our beds up, upon our request. I didn't come on vacation to have to make up my bed or throw away my "own room trash".

Bar/restaurant was extremely overpriced. Service was par at best. A better value and other options within the hotel would of been great.

Overpriced restaurant located in hotel lobby. Very limited options from desk, that was even more overpriced.

We were greeted with smiling Friendly faces and DELICIOUS cookies! The room was clean besides the top of the fridge was a little dusty but our stay was great! The hotel was in a safe neighborhood,it could had been in a better location but we felt safe:)
