It was close to everything.

The pictures of Sure Stay that are posted are deceiving, the pictures make it look very nice! When I arrived and pulled into parking lot....I was like...whoa! It looked scary, like an area that could be bad, a place bad things could be happening. Also they don't have a elevator and my husband is very ill and can not climb stairs. I requested a ground floor room but they gave me a second floor room, I explained and she then changed it to a ground floor. Inside room was nice and clean.

Everything was very clean..Excellent breakfast with many choices. Plenty of hot water on upper level. Great ice machine. Air conditioner worked very well in the terrible heat. Very comfortable beds. Good coffee in room..

Only dislike we had was on our last night, Friday, there were some disrespectful people that played very loud, booming music which was disturbing til late in evening..

It was very clean and I truly enjoyed my stay. If it was a place that allowed my Chihuahua it would be my permanent stopping place in Pigeon Forge. It is rarely that I travel without them. I understand the owner's reasoning that there are a few pet parents that are not good pet parents. 1 bad apple spoils it for the rest!

Just wished it was pet friendly. Everything else was awesome!

It's a bare bones hotel, looks and feels very basic. But my room was clean, newly updated with no funky smells, and bed was comfy. Location felt slightly sketchy sitting back behind other hotels. I made one special request which they did with no problem. Friendly enough staff. There is no luxury at this hotel but I think it's a good price for what you get.

loved the beds, pillows super comfortable! it’s was very CLEAN!! A/C worked amazing, easy checkin & check out away from the mess of the main drag but close enough it wasn’t a pain to get to! breakfast was great also!

the lock on the door didn’t work & the water pressure in the shower isn’t great.

Super clean, newly painted, super comfy bed, friendly front desk. Breakfast had hot items and much variety!!!

Slightly disappointing look from outside( looks like a normal motel/parking lot setting…. But that belies how beautiful and clean and comfortable the room turned out to be!!!!!!!

The refrig was not defrosting!! Ice built up in refrig that was not at correct temp!! Faucet in bathroom pivots to the left not straight part underneath may be loose or broken!! Did bring this items to front desk staff!!

I liked how the fridge was bigger than the usual mini fridge size. You have a stove and a sink. The room had a lot of room. Stand in shower was awesome.

I had a hiccup to where I was doubled book, so that was a little frustrating. Took a bit to get refunded back.

Room smelled clean, bed was very comfortable

Booked first night for $66 would not take the other three nights with my wife's giving her card over the phone. Went back through booking and the last three nights was over $590 totall

The room was very nice recently updated spacious and clean bathroom and shower nice the whole place seemed to have been remodeled will stay again
