Clean and excellent location.

The first room the attendant gave us we unlocked the door with the card and someone was laying on the bed, it was already occupied with someone else. So we went back to the attendant and they apologized and gave us another room. I told them if it was the other way around and somebody walked in on us it would have been a worse situation.

Everything was perfect until the last day it rained in the room window seal and it ran into the floor I notified front desk they sent some up room 331 last there was a lot of door slamming and people running up and down the halls making excessive noise I think if they would have had there cameras working they would have put a stop to it because the noise went way in early morning but I see y'all making improvements to the facility and it looks great enjoyed my stay and I'll be back other then those few issues I'll give y'all 9 thanks for service and comfort

The staff were all amazing and so nice to all of us during our entire stay. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of options to choose from and the food was actually hot when served. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. The beds were decent size and comfortable. The room had plenty of room to walk around and there was plenty of room for your belongings. Plenty of lighting and plug ins for charging your electronic devices. Check in/check out from the hotel were both quick and easy. The hotel was smaller, so it made it a lot easier to walk from the elevator to our room when we're very tired. The heat worked great and kept us very warm on those cold nights. The air worked great as well. The water in the shower stayed plenty warm enough. The television had connections for our Firestick so our son could watch his movies on Disney plus. The wifi was pretty good as well. Located near the Shops at Mountain Mile and the Island in Pigeon Forge.

The noise from the hallway can become a problem if you or your kids are light sleepers. The bathroom could've been a little bigger and could've used some deeper cleaning, as well as the floors in the entire room. The parking was very limited, and there are giant pillars that block half the parking spaces, so you can't park in those spots unless you're driving a motorcycle or tiny car. The fridge was a little scary to deal with because it wasn't level and would almost completely tip over onto our toddler.

we loved the location, it is right in the middle of everything. the room was very clean, staff was super nice, and the hotel was newly renovated.

biggest thing we didn’t like was the rooms were so small and had huge beds on platforms. we were very cramped with 2 kids and 2 adults with 2 queen beds. the air was right against the bed like on the comforter. and the furniture takes up the whole room we could barely move.

The beds were really comfortable. I liked that the ice machine was just 4 doors down from our room. We could see some of the city from our room. It was pretty at night.

It was very noisy in the hall at night. It sounded like kids we running loose and their voices were loud.

I personally didn't eat breakfast but my husband did,he said it was great.

Housekeeping doesn't leave coffee/ tissues nor makes the beds after check in.When we checked in the first day we had coffee and maybe 4/5 Kleenex and the bed was made but the second day wasn't any thing left.

Location is great, hotel and the room was clean and recently remodeled. The a/c worked fantastic and you can put the temp on 65, unlike some of the chain hotels that you have to call the front desk to set below 68. I love the covered parking on half the lot.

The parking lot is small and tight; often have to go to over flow lot. The bed sheets were clean, but felt a bit strange. Like they had a ton of borax on them from being washed or something. The walls are thin. We never heard the room beside us talking, but you could hear the other room doors slamming and the water running in the neighboring sink.

Overall, the hotel was clean and very quiet. The room smelled clean and I appreciated how well the window shades blacked out the room at night. The beds were very comfortable. The shower head had great water pressure. The day of check-in, I received a text from a member of the front desk staff offering their personal assistance during our stay. After the first night, they sent another text asking how our first night was and if we needed anything. I appreciated that extra customer service.

There some areas in the bathroom that could have used a little extra attention to detail cleaning-wise (baseboards, random hair in bathtub and on a bath towel); however, I worked for Marriott Hotels for many years and there are things I notice that others may not. But in the same regard, I know how much goes into cleaning a room properly and mistakes can easily happen so these minor things were nothing I was concerned about.

The room was very nice. Bed was good. Loved the shower head. Room was nice and clean. The night time clerk was awesome. Breakfast was ok. Have coffee out during the day.

The bed was real good but they are to high up. I couldn't get on them. I had to get a step stool from the office to get on bed with. And due to health I asked for a walk in shower and I didn't get it. Need someone in the breakfast room all times. In the peak breakfast time The food run out. And people had to wait for food to come out. Also we was told when to have housekeeper to clean room it would be a charge that should be included in the money we paid to stay there.
