We enjoyed the area, the river with the ducks & geese were a hit with our child & close to breakfast, other amenities. The room was cold, which was relaxing during the hot summer. Showers were great, including water pressure. Everything was clean & it was quiet. We only stayed in this Inn until our family arrived to town, wouldn’t have minded to added another night or two.

The only dislike was the uncomfortable beds(we may just like softer beds), Wi-Fi was horrible so if you are working on your travels, might want a stronger connection & the shower head could’ve used a good cleaning. Maybe one more bigger trash can in our room but again, little minor things to nitpick. Only thing our child complained about was no pool but we knew that, just neighboring hotels do have them! Didn’t enjoy the duck/goose poop but what can you expect by the river?

Convenient location and a great price. The lady at the desk upgraded my son and I to a room overlooking the creek and had a balcony. We enjoyed going out onto the balcony to look at the lights across the creek and when it stormed we were able to watch the storm from the balcony. Was also right by Red Rooster for breakfast so didn't have to drive to it or sit outside waiting we got put on the list and was able to relax and wait in our room.

Parking was a bit off, meaning you have numbered spots which is good unless someone else parks in your spot so you have to look for another one. But that's the only complaint.

I really liked everything! Close to everything. Room was clean and comfy.. jelly ( I think that's her name) the front desk girl. Was super nice and friendly. She got us queen beds & balcony because she seen we had 2 kids with us. Very nice of her. The balcony view of the water and Christmas lights were very pretty! Room is spacy. Also I like how we knew we would have a parking spot when we got back. They have assigned parking for each room. Each room had a parking spot. We loved the smart TV they have. We plan to stay here from now on when we stay in peigon forge

I love the way they have remodeled and it's always clean. They have upgraded beds and huge flat screen TV's with amazing wifi. The TV's already have firesticks so no need to bring yours. It's right on the river and located one street back from the strip so it's peaceful and close to the action at the same time. They have the most polite and most well mannered staff I've ever encountered. The parking lot is also new and we'll maintained. So many pluses I don't know where to start and end. All the lights work and the even have chargers for your cell phone on the lamps and headboards. Amazing place to stay every time you come to pigeon forge A+.

I really like the room. I’d love the patio outback, watching all the ducks. The only complaint I have was the parking most places we have stayed the parking is right in front of your room. This was not the case. Every time we came back to the room we had trouble finding somewhere to park the last night of staying. We had to park about 10minutes away from her car and walk back to our room. I was not comfortable with that. Leaving my car parked so far from my room, but that is the only complaint I have the staff was wonderful.

Feeding the ducks was the deal breaker. It was nice waking up and feeding them. Seeing a variety was great, too! The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms had plenty of space and were not made to feel like you're cramped in.

The parking area was small. The quarter vending machine for duck food was empty. Think our room had bed bugs. We kept waking up in the morning with new red spots with bumps, but I never found evidence of bed bugs.

Everything the beds are comfortable the staff is amazing my baby had a accident in the bed the house keepers came in cleaned the bed and didnt yell at us over my 2 year old having a accident. Absolutely love this place will always stay here was very clean i tried several hotels while i was in pigeon forge this out of all was the greatest place to stay. Ac works amazing dont leave it on all bight u will freeze lik. Pool was amazing

I didnt dislike anything about the property

Great location right on the river. I was in town on a fishing trip with my dad and we were literally able to walk 15 yards from the hotel room down to the river to fish. Staff was extremely nice as well.

Room was alright. A bit dated and dull. For a couple of fisherman it was fine. Don't think I would want to stay here on a honeymoon though.

Location was great easy access to the Arcade my son loves the Arcade so that was great! River view. Staff was wonderful.

Our refrigerator wasn't working so that was disappointing and the mattress wasn't that great as far as comfortable I had a hard time sleeping but other then that everything else was great.

The location was great we were right at the red roaster pancake house which is really good, walking distance to food go cart track shops and food. The beds were so comfortable they were like our bed at home. Our over all experience was great we will definitely stay there again

The tissue holder on the wall was lose.
