The hotel is difficult to see from the highway. A taller and larger sign is needed.

The staff was extremely nice, the room was clean when we got there, the hotel was always clean, and everyone that works there was nice. This is my third year in a row staying at this hotel and I choose it every time cause they have amazing prices, it’s clean, staff is nice, and they have amazing service.

They had stuff to check out like an air fryer.
I know with the pandemic, people don't want to work or show up....but what happened could have been avoided....I wrote to the Hotel through Booking.com to ask about early check-in so they could have our room ready by the time we got there around 12pm....never got a response and we waited for 4 hours! We couldn't do much bc we had 2 dogs with us. Really upset bc I was visiting my under age children and we were hot and bored!!!! Never got compensated either, just sorry for the wait. Also, they need new games for check out bc none of them had all the pieces.

Only complaint was the parking. Part of the parking lot was being sealed next day So alot of the spaces were taped off. Was told to park across street at another hotel. Very inconvenient, but the front desk lady was really nice and said that i could park in taped off spaced as long as I moved the car before 7:30 when crew arrives.

The staff was attentive & friendly. I also liked the little breakfast freebies they offered.
My only complaint was that the bathroom door didn't lock. I have a 3yr old who loves to open doors so it was difficult to get privacy. Otherwise everything was pretty smooth sailing.

The staff went above and beyond. The suite was spacious and clean. Loved the pool and grill area. The kitchenette had everything I needed. Loved it was a full size refrigerator/freezer in the room. And any questions or concerns I had the staff handled them quickly.
Would have been nice to have a list of things going on locally to the hotel. Did not know the air show was going on. Need a little area with information of the local sites to the hotel and things to see.

My room was a dream of comfort from the built in desk and the amenities inside it. It was more than I expected for the money but it was quiet and comfortable and I slept well all the nights I was there.
The delay in checking in though I can see why they were so busy my room wasn't ready when I arrived. I had to wait several hours before being able to check in but otherwise, it's a great place.
