The location was great, the breakfast was delicious. We can't give an accurate opinion on the room size because we were given a handicapped room.

Our card has literally gotten charged twice for our stay! It initially got charged & the money was completely taken out of our account on Friday before we arrived. Then we checked out, got home & our card was charged again & the money was taken out AGAIN!! We called the hotel they said it was our banks fault & my husband & I know that's a lie!! Also, we were given a handicapped room on the first floor that was at the end of the hallway with lots of traffic passing by most of the night. In the mornings our room was filled with smoke from meat being cooked from the breakfast down the hallway & all our clothes reaked of the smell! The TV remote was FILTHY!! It looked as if it had never been cleaned!!

Facility was nice and clean. They layout was nice. Kids liked our room and slept well. Pillows were comfortable as was the bed. Everything was newer which was nice.

Needs more protein at breakfast. The yogurt was high sugar. Lots of carbohydrates, and we're typically a low-carb family, but can't eat pork, so turkey sausage or bacon would've been nice.

Very clean. Newer hotel so everything was nice. Loved the soap dispenser in the shower.

Our room had a king bed and a sofa bed. The plan was for our children to share the sofa bed. The sofa bed was broken. The hotel was unable to provide another sofa bed so we had to put the mattress on the floor.

Didn't like the egg dishes or the biscuits and gravy. Not much flavor on both and egg dishes weren't real warm. Need more variety; e.g. French Toast.Layout of dining tables could have been different. Location of Hotel very good. Side street location cuts down on heavy traffic next to the hotel. ALL Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

The two elevators used to go to the different floors need service of some sort. There was a lot of groaning and strange noises while in operation. I was a bit concerned that the elevator would fail.

Clean, Modern, well designed spacious rooms -beds v comfortable- everything worked, friendly staff - especially Jeffrey @ breakfast. Indoor pool lovely and warm. Best HIE we’ve stayed in.

Location and ease of access to many food and general shopping. The staff (all) were always helpful and pleasant to talk with and their demeanor was that they enjoyed working there.

For US$152/night, I would like to find at least 2 bottles of water in the room. It is scandalous that when I ask if I could have a bottle of water, the reception replies that if I want water I have to pay for it.

Good clean quiet room.

Reservation made thru booking and pre-paid, but left 2 days early due to covid. Holiday Inn would not even help me get a refund. Omar not helpful at all

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Spring Hill just off main street and an easy walk to multiple restaurants.

Everything was great! Quiet halls, nice sized rooms, great staff and amazing breakfast.

Only thing that could have been better, more water pressure in the shower and the beds could be a bit more comfy.
