close to Homestead Festival that we attended. we are planning on coming back next year, and will probably stay here again!

not enough towels and wash cloths, we had to get more towels and wash cloths. we only had 2 towels and wash cloths for 4 grown women. Also, had to get our card key reprogrammed, it was shut off after first night and we booked 2 nights, very inconvenient to have to go back downstairs and get it reloaded!

We would stay again. Staff members were kind and friendly during: checking in, asking for bedding items for pull out bed in couch, & general questions about the area. Amazing Breakfast! Sausage gravy, biscuits, eggs, sausage links, mini pancakes & more!

Bathroom door is "swollen", had to push close, noisy in the middle of night for others. Closet door hard to open, drags on carpet. It maybe "swollen" too. Minor details can be fixed by Sleep Inn! : )

The breakfast was hearty. The location was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable. Noise was minimal. Room service was good.

The shower water wasn't always warm enough or it would turn cold while taking a shower. One of the front desk receptionist could use coaching on their soft skills. The bathroom tub corners need to be cleaned better or replace the cork or grout..

Very clean. I did like they were going through an update of facilities, so I felt things were getting refreshed and cleaned.

My walls were very thin and the noise from other rooms kept me awake half of the night or more. The room next to me were definitely enjoying time with friends and we could hear all the conversations.

Staff great GM was very helpful and spot on when I had trouble with reservation.

Clean on outside room looked clean but…. Bed cover was filthy dirty especially around the face area. Shower had good pressure but no water, tub still had hair around it and mold corners of bathroom floor were filled with dirt and hair

Cleanliness , it was a beautiful facility. And extremely comfortable. Also maybe put in info that mini fridges and microwaves are in the rooms they are in. Helps planning better for trips. I couldnt find anywhere on the sight that microwaves and mini fridges were also there.

A man fell and was fairly badly hurt himself right at entrance , elderly man. I left from checking in and my daughter and i had his head wound dressed , bleeding stopped , complete neuro check done and were getting him up before any staff bothered to show up. She came out said rescue was called and on the way basically we all looked at her and said what for , at this point its taken care of. Your staff should always respond immediately to emercencys , should have first aid kits and be trained in first aid.

Great location. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable.

They were short staffed, so the breakfast left a lot to be desired. There wasn't much to choose from, and we couldn't find anyone to restock.

Room was very clean. Comfortable bed slept great

The pool was closed for maintenance. Wish they could tell you ahead of time. Our 3 grandchildren we were visiting were disappointed because we had planned for them to come swim.

beds are very comfortable and room is exceptionally clean

i didn’t like how when we checked in , was told if we lived in the area, we had to pay a $200 cash deposit. would have been nice to know instead of having to go all the way to the bank then come check in
