The bed was super comfortable, room was pretty clean, deep bath tub! The waffles were 10/10!
The pool was a little green but it being heated made up for it, would swim again. No fruit on the breakfast buffet. Our mini fridge wasn’t plugged in all the way when we got there not a huge inconvenience but it did take a bit for it to cool down.

The people were very nice. Breakfast was awesome. The room was great. I told my sister about the place. They were able to get a room as well. We only had a problem with towels on the last day. The maid didn't bring either of our rooms back towels.
Everything was pretty awesome. Just the problem with no towels on the last night of our stay.

It was as great as the first 3 nights. The people are great. Missed breakfast because we were unaware that it ended at 9, instead of 10.
The maid took 2 of our towels along with the hotel towels, and gave back no towels. I had to go ask for towels and our personal towels were not returned.. the front automatic door closed me in it 2 times.

I reserved this hotel for a person who had fallen on hard times and just needed a safe place to lay her head and rest her mind. Thank you to the night auditors and day staff (I am sorry I cannot remember their names) who went out of their way to ensure everything I requested was followed through. They also were exceptionally kind to the young lady as well. Thank you for teaching people with human decency regardless of the situation.

I love my stay ,and the young lady at desk was very understanding. I was staying due to funeral and she upgraded our room for free.
