Big Country Hotel & Suites

I don't think I recommend this place enough. The general manager was so kind-hearted. They are doing some remodeling, so if you are a person who can look past that, this is the place for you. Everything was so timely, fast, and efficient, and everyone I came into contact with was very sweet. I will be using this hotel again when I come back next year. Thank you again!

Nothing to complain about. I was super happy with everything.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the breakfast as we were up and gone before it started. We're early risers plus we needed to be back on the road. The location is great with several eateries very close by, e.g. Denny's is right across the street. The building is in really good shape. We really liked the color scheme and the alternating color room doors that brought out the colors in the carpet. Fun! Desk clerk was very welcoming on our arrival. Price couldn't be beat for the quality of the location. Really nice.

Didn't have any issues. The only bad I can think of is that we didn't get to stay longer!

Everything was good except for the asst. Manager he was very rude.

The asst. Manager tried to ask a question and he was very very rude. Everybody else was very nice. I will not stay there any more because of the asst. Manager. I ask him a question and he did not answer just walked off and said he did not have time to answer

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and the ac worked great!

They do not have coffee pots in the room and the breakfast is nonexistent unless you like packaged muffins or powder sugar coated donuts. The coffee was luke warm out of press top containers.

Looked like the picture, great renovation. They are also in the middle of renovating the back ground floor rooms. Wi-Fi was fine. Plenty of luxurious nice towels in room. Clean. Parking lot was very well lighted, lobby was nice. Place was quiet. The room windows can be opened. Baggage dolly was available for use, have elevator. Microwave and fridge in room. Air conditioning works but a little loud. They had coffee and basic pastries for grabs at the lobby for breakfast. Will stay here again next time.

Shower pressure could be better.

The front desk could not find my reservation from Booking.com but did find my reservation from 2020. So they gave me a upgrade on my King bed room. They did not know what booking.com had quoted me price wise so it was fortunate that I had printed out my confirmation number and price.

No coffee maker in the room and no breakfast. Had to go down stairs to get coffee and it had to be made in a 12 cup drip coffee maker due to the fact that the normal coffee machine was out of order.

This was a great value for the price! Nice, clean room and restroom. It was spacious and modern. Staff was friendly.

They were upgrading the facilities so we understood some construction materials were visible. I know that the pandemic changed things, but other hotels have reinstated their breakfast while this one has not (still offers continental). My son was disappointed that the coffee/hot cocoa machine was out of order (but they did have a coffee pot that they kept full all morning).

Very under assuming, it isn’t flashy by any means, but the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed for the price. The location is nearby a fair variety of shops and restaurants, and easy access to highways.

Things were still very much under construction. The lobby, first floor and pool areas were mid-way through remodeling. The hotel has a lot of potential though and once the renovations are complete I feel like the prices could increase quite a bit for the combination of location, amenities and modern styling.

The room looked brand new. Very clean.

The hotel is going through a major renovation. The pool was closed and there was construction materials all around. The "breakfast" was a joke. Ding Dongs, HoHo's and other sweet snacks were offered.

The hotel was clean and neat. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The refrigerator in the room had an actual freezer. cleaning agents were not powerfully fragranced.

The bathroom sink faucet leaked, and wall outlets were not readily accessible. The breakfast was terrible, the coffee machine was not working, and there was no coffee maker in the room.
