Comfort Inn & Suites Regional Medical Center

This hotel was CLEAN! I can overlook a missing ice bucket, or a TV remote that needs a new battery (these were NOT issues I experienced during my stay, by the way), but a hotel MUST BE CLEAN! And this hotel met my expectations completely. Walking into my room after a long day on the road, made me feel good. And it didn't break the bank. I was very impressed.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like. The staff during check-in were very helpful. Everyone was friendly. Nothing stands out as a negative issue for me. Compared to the dingy hotel I had stayed in the night before while in Farmington, this hotel was perfection!

Location was good and quiet neighborhood. Rooms were quiet and the front desk was very good to us at check in. Our room was checked daily for towels and garbage and we appreciate that. The air conditioning worked well and was not noisy. The pool looked very clean.

Fitness center needs some work to have equipment in working order.

The location was excellent, being just off the main highway. Additionally, we had restaurants close by in what is a quiet district south of Abeline. The hotel rooms were great, the staff were most helpful, and the hotel facilities were generally well maintained.

The air conditioning system within our room was noisy.

It was nice and clean, which is a huge deal for me even more now that we are in a pandemic. The staff was very responsive and friendly. I was only there during the night since I was visiting with my family so it worked very well for me.

There was not anything that I didnt like about this hotel. As I stated above, I was only there during the night since I was visiting with my family. So there is nothing to complain about on my behalf.

The staff were very helpful with some small requests. I especially appreciated the wake up call for a very early flight on this visit. The location was good but I wish it were just a little closer the the airport for my purposes.

The wake up call requested on my first visit about a week earlier was not programmed to call me. The reception and services differed quite a lot between my two visits within the past week.

The employees were all very friendly.

There was no remote. Then the replacement remote only occasionally worked for changing channels. It didn't work at all for volume or on/off. Because the TV was loud, I would turn it off earlier than usual. There were no manual buttons for volume or channel changing on the tv

The location is excellent. the area is quiet but still easy to get around quickly.

You have to ask for clean towels. we left towels on floor thinking they would exchange them but the maid simply picked them up and put them I folded on the rack.

Breakfast was great. Everything was stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed it. WE had great parking just outside the front door of the hotel. The room was nice and cool, and the bed was quite comfortable.

The room was large ( as I requested ). Bed was somewhat comfortable ( not home ). Bathroom is spacious. Summer ( front desk)is amazing. Very welcoming from check in to check out.

Water took to long to heat up. Water pressure wasn't great.

Perfect for our one night stay as we travel through the area. Staff were all pleasant at checkin. Bed was firm but comfortable.

Refrigerator wasn’t cooling well enough. Had to add bags of ice.
