The staff were very helpful and inviting. Everything was clean and in its place. For a busy weekend where there were many graduations going on in town, we were happy to have a quiet, comfortable place to come back to after a long day. The breakfast was great and had great hours each day. Wonderful variety to choose from, and everything was delicious. The staff member taking care of the breakfast was excellent and always on top of refilling everything. I would stay here again just for the breakfast!

The breakfast was AMAZING! And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is showing it's age, but it's not decrepit by any means.

There are several crickets and the pool doors had to stay open for ventilation. They do charge a parking fee and our room cards had to be changed after the first day.

The rooms were great, very comfortable and clean and staff were excellent. Check in was very easy.

The breakfast items were not what I had expected, since my past stays there it seems that the breakfast items have highly diminished, They were very disappointing. Also the swimming pool has not be available for sometime and I expected to be able to use it during my stay and of course that didn't happen. I will consider looking for other Hotel facilities in my future visits to Abilene.

It appears there rooms were updated... looks nice from our previous stay. The shower drains well..and water pressure was great

Bed mattress was heavily stained and should of been replaced instead of just putting a sheet over it... Bed was to firm and very uncomfortable

The front desk staff. I made it right at 3 pm and there wasn’t a room ready, but I was given an upgrade to a double Queen. The breakfast was okay. I wish they served grits.

I had reserved a double queen bed room for 3-4 people. When I checked in my room had a water leak so they had to give us a king bed and pull out. There was not any bedding for the pull out. The nice front desk manager was able to get me the bedding I needed.

Good room. Closely located to where we needed to be. Decent take and go breakfast. Quiet hotel considering it was on such a busy route. GREAT customer service!! Very nice and attentive workers at all levels.

Pool was not even in working condition. It was stated on website that there was a pool for certain hours, schedule with desk. The computer for general use was also down. The worker tried to help me with her computer, but i needed to look a bit further in detail to print something off.

We were greeted immediately upon entering the hotel. Check in was quick. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good.

I had at least two confirmations; plus I called the hotel itself to confirm and inform that we would be arriving after midnight. But when we arrived the clerk could not find a reservation for us. Fortunately a room was available for the price we has been expecting.
