It was clean, easy to access. It was near stores, restaurants and gas. It was quiet easy to relax.

It had one exit. One of the mornings there was a trailer with cars on it was blocking traffic. Not sure if the next hotel exit was a tight fit or what but after circling around the hotels that was the only exit. Seeing there was an officer blocking previous block for oncoming traffic to detour I followed a few cars that were going towards detour (one way access road) and exited there to go around block. Another exit from parking lot would help traffic flow.

Nice variety at breakfast except for comment below. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. They called us the second day to see if we wanted to change to our original handicapped room but we were satisfied. The staff we had contact with were very nice and helpful.

Elevator was not working. so we were assigned another room on the ground floor. See below for comments.Think you need to offer natural food like a boiled egg versus frozen pre-made omelets. variety was good except for that.I eat as natural as possible. The air conditioner/heater was hard to figure out the controls and did not do as programmed often. When we checked in the room assigned to us was not cleaned and a mess. the next room did not have grab bars at the toilet for my handicapped husband. The third room was ok. clean and relatively comfortable but for the climate control.

Location and breakfast were great! Really appreciate there being breakfast on Thanksgiving day!

The only thing was the bathtub didn't look clean. there was a noticeable brown spot that i was able to wipe off, which tells me either it wasn't clean or wasn't cleaned well. One spot, that is all... everything else looked great!

I liked how friendly all the staff clean everything was and how quick they were about taking care of spills. Also how good the breakfast was

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was great.

We especially enjoyed the breakfast. Beds were comfortable and sheets were great.

There were no wash cloths or bath mat and the room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke.

Breakfast was good. A clean room, with great pillows. And friendly staff

The sanitizer smell was overwhelmingly too strong. Noisy from outside

It was hard to get ahold of staff. There was never anyone at the front desk when I went down there or called.

the breakfast wasn’t very good. the shower head had no water and being right next to the elevator wasn’t the greatest.

The personnel at the desk and housekeeping were beyond polite and respectful. I needed an early check in and they jumped to accommodate me.

The room was clean and comfortable and the facility was fairly new.

The lock on the bathroom door did not work. But if that’s the only thing I could think of that’s wrong with this place, then that is really good!! Big thumbs up
