I had a very late checkin due to traveling & the staff greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I was accidentally placed in a smoking room and the staff was so friendly and immediately moved me. My room was so spacious and bed was comfortable! Towels were soft, water was hot, air conditioner worked great. I appreciated all the little touches made! The hotel is a little dated but i find that charming. Checkout was fast & morning staff was bubbly and kind.

Honestly it was a pleasant stay through and through. An excellent place to crash overnight on a long road trip to recharge. No bad comments from me.

Breakfast was pretty good. Room needs reno. Talked to the very nice owner. He said he is renovating the entire hotel one area at a time. Next time we come back it should all be renovated.

Evening clerk was cold and not helpful. She answered the questions with yes or no and wasn't doing any extra.

Everything about this experience was up to, or beyond expectations. The property granted may earlier request for a ground floor room that I was able to park directly in front of. The room was clean, quiet, and well appointed. I consider this property a good value for the price paid.

If you are not familiar with the location of this property it might be a bit difficult to locate, or perhaps it was just me after a long day of driving.

What I love most about this hotel you remind me of the Hilton and Marriott everything was updated upgraded clean smell good heat work good curtains look nice bathroom is beautiful I could live here and not even get an apartment if I could afford it while I’m working here for the next three years or six years

No homeless people hanging around no noise no traffic just clean

Staff was very helpful and it was great to have a smoking room with king size bed. Room was huge and bed was comfy. Parking right at door was nice.

Towels had hair and makeup on them. Walls were thin, I could hear my neighbor coughing and constantly going in and out of room. Medical district so there are sirens to be expected.

sleeping was very comfortable and the noise was really not a problem with the remodeling going on. staff was great.

the ice maker was down with the remodeling going on.. Also the remodeling was never mentioned on the website breakfast was not much and not as advertised .

We were hoping the pool would be open so that the kids could swim. The site said it would be ready but it wasn’t.

Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Daytime front desk was friendly.

We couldn't get in the lobby door because we were using the incorrect door. He sat looking at us. He said we had 1 room reserved but we had two. My husband has the booking.com in his name but I was the one traveling. He questioned that after I gave a license and credit card. Appeared too indifferent at first then followed through efficiently. A $100 security hold is annoying while traveling. We started to get worried we stopped at a rough location.

The first room - the remote control didn't work. But they were able to move us to another room.

The room was decent. The receptionist was very polite.

The pool was closed for renovation which was not listed on the website. No ice machines. I couldn’t cancel and look for a hotel with a pool because I would have been charged.
