It was close to the Northwest Texas hospital where I had been for 4 days with cardiac arrest. Wanted to stay close to the hospital. Very comfortable, but the light on the mirror in the bathroom was out, soap trays in the shower are really slick and nothing would stay on them. The bar manager went out of her way to make sure we could get food in our room for dinner that night. The food was really good. The morning breakfast was excellent! Our waitress was Bernadette and was friendly and excellent. J. D. was also helpful as we thought breakfast as over at 9:30 so thought we missed it. J.D said 10:00 if we hurried we could still get in. Chef D was really nice, came out and talked to us. Nice room for breakfast,was quiet and relaxing. A lot of food that was really good. If we are ever back in Amarillo we will stay there again.

I didn't get the type of room I had reserved. Deems they acknowledged the type of room I reserved ,just decided not to follow through with it . It would have been different if I had prior knowledge instead when I walk through the door .

Staff was very helpful and accommodating room was immaculately clean, breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and it was close to everything that I needed to get you an Amarillo I could get anywhere I needed in 20 minutes or less.

I had no dislikes whatsoever

This hotel was beautifully decorated, especially the entrance, lobby and bar areas, with a clear Texas theme. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking was good.

The staff was professional, courteous, and accommodating. We were very impressed with them as well as the class of the facility. The rooms were clean and the entire building was very elegant.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Special shout out to Blanca!! She was great and no matter how many questions or times I had to bother her she was extremely friendly and made us all feel so welcomed!! Breakfast was a nice bonus as well and very good. Beds were very comfy and room was very clean... Bathroom was very nice as well! Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and was fortunate to be able to go twice and have the whole pool to themselves!!

I really can't think of anything. Convid has made things hard for a lot of people so I feel safety first and that's exactly what we had during our time! So no complaints!

We were able to upgrade our room and it was the best decision! The room was clean and HUGE. Breakfast was great, staff was kind.

Basically a nice hotel. However, the location is is situated in a strange conglomeration of hotels and restaurants with roads that hard to distinguish especially in the dark. There were 2 HI close together & GPS didn’t distinguish the right address. Also the shower head didn’t work. Water only came out of the middle. The rest ran out of the bottom of the shower head.

Comfortable bedding and quiet. Staff was nice and personnel wore masks & it was posted that masks were required and social distancing required. This even thought Texas Governor lifted all restrictions. Staff was nice.

Clean, comfortable,good location.

Staff was never to be found u would have to wait for 10 mins or so to get anything. And they have charged us for a extra night which we dint even stay and cant get it fixed

Everyone was very nice/friendly and went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of.
