Comfortable, nice sized rooms. Comfy bed and pillows. Evening "kick back" is great!!

Breakfast isn't all that special, standard hotel hot breakfast. Sausage patties kinda gross looking and greasy, would taste better if they were browned a bit. Potatoes are always chewy, dry, and not that good. Air conditioner fan in room cuts off and on as the unit turns on and off, so you get woke up all night from the sudden noise, although it's not as loud as some I've heard. I travel with a desk fan and it helped drown it out a little but not completely.

We appreciate the hot breakfast options as well as the evening food and drinks at the end of our business day. It's actually the reason we continue to stay here each time we return to Amarillo.

The elevators are small and slow for the volume of people that need to use them. I'm not sure if there is a solution to the issue, but it causes a lot of congestion and waiting at the elevator especially with luggage carts and people with dogs.

The rooms we’re comfortable, the staff was all friendly and helpful, the pool area was clean and fun, having a clean bathroom across from the pool was great as well. We didn’t travel w a dog but I love that it’s a pet friendly hotel. The price for value was great!

In general, I’m never a fan of the free breakfasts and this was no different. I would love a better quality hot bar and would pay extra for it. The Wi-Fi was down while we were there so we had to use our data.

Rooms were not ready when they stated they would be! Only 1 elevator was working, so we had to wait up to 15 minutes for the elevator!! Also we asked to cancel a room that was not needed and the resfused!!! No assistance and poor customer service!!! Will never stay at a Dury again!!! Very disappointed!!!!

Everything. Friendly staff, good security (All doors are keycard entry at night and most during the day), breakfast options are great, room was spotless and even had a note left saying the room was cleaned and by who. Bed and pillows were comfortable. And although I didn't get there in time the drinks and light dinner/snack is really cool

The only problem I had was the fridge was turned up high and turned my drink into a slushie but I should have looked at that.

Love the convenience of the happy hour cocktails and food )after a long day of traveling, so nice to not gave to get food and drinks elsewhere...it is the main reason we search for Drury Inns along our travels. Breakfast provided is also a great thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all encounters.

The bed. Everyone has their firmness comfort, this bed was very soft, something we've never encountered at Drury Inns previously. Woke up with back aches....

Lots of parking and good restaurants nearby. The rooms are a decent size and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It’s pet friendly and I’ve never understood why some people insist on dragging their pets along with them on vacation. The pets are a square peg in a round hole and are obviously stressed by the strange environment. I’ve owned and trained dogs and never forced them to endure my travel.

Best hotel chain in the country! They love pets. They serve a good hot breakfast. They have a 'kick back' social at 5:30 where you get free drinks and free hot food, essentially dinner! Their prices are lower than many of the others out there and their staff don't act 'put out', instead are courteous and gracious hosts. Don't know how they do it, but stayed at 3 Drury Inn's recently and all were great!

Our room was spacious and provided all the amenities. The staff was friendly and the guests were equally friendly. The hotel was very busy but still quiet. And the free coffee and pop was a nice plus.

Our towels weren’t replaced daily, unless we requested them, which we thought we had done. But this is a minor thing that was corrected with a phone call. This is the only thing I could think of that I didn’t like.

there were a lot of dogs on the property. I didn’t notice until I booked that it was a dog friendly hotel but I have never seen that many dogs on a property. the floor we were on must have been the designated pet floor because we counted at least a dozen dogs on our floor and a few more in the lobby during check ins. one dog was not on a leash on our floor and it kept trying to run away from its owner and run into the elevator. you could hear the dogs whining and barking randomly through out our stay. many of the dogs we saw this stay were large breed dogs. I did not like this at all and would probably not stay at this location again. I haven’t had this issue at other Drury locations.
