the staff was very helpful and very friendly-we booked the same week as SXSW and didn’t realize and would have been extremely frustrated if we hadn’t been told at check in. we made decisions based on that knowledge, so we really appreciated that. the location was also in close proximity to everything we wanted to do (being from Houston, if something is less than 30 minutes away, we’re thrilled, and it took us 20 minutes to get to the capital, with traffic).

for the price of the rooms, I feel like breakfast should be included. the meals were really overpriced to me. this was honestly a minor inconvenience though, I was aware that there wasn’t a free breakfast so I wasn’t surprised.

Food was good and everything was comfortable

The lady that waited on us actually asked us if we wanted to leave a tip after she looked at the bill we returned. We didnt want that added to our card so we were going to leave cash but the fact she was insinuating we needed to leave one was kind of rude.

Once we we're finally settled it was fine

We arrived and got our room, then upon returning at 2am we were locked out of the room. Night clerk said we were put in the wrong room and made us move two floors down in the middle of the night. Not a pleasant experience. No maid service the next four days either, had to get dry towels from the front desk.

Room and facilities were very nice and employees were friendly, mostly very good.

One issue, the TV remote was just that, not a cable remote, so the guide didn't function and you could only determine channels by going through them one by one. Bad when you have children in the room, very irritating, TV 30 years ago.

I thought they did a great thing by handling the breakfast in the safest way possible with out a buffet, they gave plenty of delicious options even with the limited menu and portions were generous. I felt really safe and the rooms were clean and signs of their work were evident. Staff was helpful and very nice.

There wasn't really anything to not like. The way that the limits are placed upon businesses now makes businesses get creative on how to business, I cannot get upset with the decisions that had to cut several amenities, but it was still a very good stay.

Sits on a one way frontage road, it’s frustrating to have to drive up to intersection then loop back around on other frontage road. There was no complimentary breakfast items!!

Breakfast was great. Initially thought it was part of the package but after eating given a bill. Will stay again.

Didnt realize breakfast was not complimentary. But I was tasty! The ladies did a great job.

Food was very good.

However, when I booked the room, it said breakfast was INCLUDED. It was NOT. I don't know if the error was with Booking.com or Hilton. But that was a little frustrating.

The comfortable beds!!! How do people leave so early?

I didn’t like that I paid for a omelette with potatoes for breakfast but was told by the server that the pastries were NOT included. If the continental breakfast is $9 and the omelette is $15 why wouldn’t you include the fruit & pasties???

We spent only one night here, got some good rest before we headed to San Antonio. Beds were comfy and bathroom & room very clean. Very happy with my staying!
