The hotel was great. I have never had a double King room. It's huge and so comfortable. The Group Therapy restuarant was fantastic and open pretty late on the weekend nights, which is so good when you come back to the hotel hungry! The staff was very nice and helpful. A great location- easy to walk to everything, including the State Capital. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel each time - and in the afternoon there were special drinks and even cookies sometimes for a treat. And coffee in every floor elevator landing in the mornings. Really special and lovely. The gym is lovely. I would definitely come back.

In the United States Navy, everyone's first job is to be a fireman, because any fire on the ship becomes everyone's priority. Due to a shortage of staff, Casey (one of the senior hotel managers) was waiting tables during breakfast! What shocked me was his familiarity with the menu! He asked us questions about our room and the overall impressions of quality in the hotel. Wow! I told him that we would have to tip him, but he refused, and said all tips go to the restaurant waitstaff. Kudos to ZaZa hotel management!

The service was amazing, especially the vallet service and the ride service provided within 3 miles. The pool and spa service was amazing, as well as the drinks. I liked the late night bites service and room delivery, the food prices were reasonable, the pizza was great!

Initially the booking service. Booking.com had my name wrong, and the hotel could not find me on their system. It took a while for them to find me with the 3rd party confirmation number.

The location was great. A little bit off 6th so it was quiet but an easy walk to all of the action. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The rooms were big and comfortable, we loved our balcony to sit out in the morning and at night. All in all, we would highly recommend staying here!

The only parking option was valet for $55 per night. There was an ice bucket but no ice machine so you had to call room service anytime you wanted ice.

Beautiful and stylish boutique feel. Loved all the cool artwork and decor. Our room with 2 king beds was spacious and spotless. Beds were amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and had great water pressure. Loved the cookies and beverages in the lobby in the afternoon. The complementary shuttle is cool too. Great location!

The restaurant is overrated. Very cool ambiance but the food was expensive and not tasty. The chicken fried wagyu steak was almost burned and terribly salty.

What an amazing room!! The room service for both dinner and brunch was superb!! Beyond our expectations!! We stayed in and truly enjoyed our beautiful, spacious, and comfortable room! The robes were super comfortable, the view was exceptional, and the food was amazing! Thank you for the small details and truly making our stay enjoyable.

We didn't have the goal cheese ranch with our fries, even after calling and requesting it. But that was such a minor issue.

very chic and modern! the room is very roomy, the beddings are very comfy and the decor is very relaxing. The 7th floor is amazing, with its resto and gallery and the outdoor pool is a place that the guest should explore! The beverages and freshly baked cookies in the afternoon are delicious and something that the guests appreciate.

eventhough there are no microwave or coffeemaker inside our room, they have coffee station set up in every floor of the hotel.

Very clean - excellent pool area, gym. Comfy beds and good bathroom. Well located. Very friendly bar and restaurant team. Excellent housekeeping.

No concierge and front desk staff not the most helpful/well informed. Expensive parking. Odd and inconvenient having the main wardrobe in our bathroom??!!

I absolutely loved our stay here!!! From the time I parked to check out, every employee went above and beyond for us!! Our room was exceptional, the view was the best!! I will always stay here when I visit Austin!!! They have a guest for life!!! Gio at the front desk made was phenomenal💜 I absolutely can not wait to come back!!

There is nothing that I can think of that could have been better than what is was!!!

We loved the daily delivery of cold water and Moon pies to our room in the afternoon and the coffee bar set up on our floor every morning. The location was perfect, and we made good use of the pool and restaurant. most importantly, the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

$55 a day valet parking, although the valet guys did a superb job.
