Great location. Close the the river, restaurants etc. there is also a movie theater next door. Place was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows

Parking garage is finicky. Make sure you read all instructions on access before you arrive and leave. I didn’t realize I had to fill out a form before we checked into the unit so I did it on the drive here. Accidentally gave my other cars license plate number and unfortunately I put the exit access key in the lock box by mistake, so ended up having to pay for a lost key because no one is on site which was an additional $72.each key is assigned to your license plate

Great self contained apartment w full kitchen and super downtown location. Good wifi. Apartment is bright w huge windows and natural light.

Compared w some of the previous 1-bdrm apartments I’ve stayed in at this property which were superb, this 2 bdrm apartment needs some furniture updating. The sitting room furniture was a bit shabby, rundown or lacking ie dining room table had major cracks/breaks; sitting room sparsely furnished - needs extra chairs not just a sofa.

Great apartment with everything you need, staff on the main door there to help with any questions as well as digitally. Parking was easy and location was good, with lots of things nearby. I didn't use the gym or the pool but my partner did and found it great.

My only compliment was the building work going on next door which SOMETIMES STARTED AT 1AM in the morning and CARRIED THROUGH THE NIGHT. Yes, I'm shouting, but that's because the noise was so loud and made it hard to sleep. Hopefully building work will finish soon, a really annoyance during the stay.

The location is fantastic and the Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and the coffee was very good.

Initial Parking instructions were very confusing. I think fewer emails would be helpful. It was hard to figure out which one had the information you were looking for while driving. Also a better description of the unit you reserved would be good. ( # of beds and baths). And it would have been helpful to know you will be facing a construction site if you are a light sleeper.

The location of the apartment was great. Unfortunately, there was lots of construction around the building. This didn't bother us, however, one night it was noisy as they were pouring concrete on the construction site well into the early morning hours. The apartment overall was great & the staff were exceptional. We had an issue initially with parking, but the attendant was very helpful & easily rectified the potential problem. The comfort of the apartment was very good & the bed very comfortable.

Construction noise.

The downtown location was great. And it had a parking space for our rental car. Once we parked our car, we were able to walk to restaurants, 6th and Rainy street etc. Another thing we really liked about our apartment was the view. We were on the 15th floor, and had a great view of the river from our ceiling to floor window. We also enjoyed sitting out on our balcony in the evenings and in the mornings.

One of the two elevators was broken. So, it took forever to wait for the one working elevator up or down. We were on the 15th floor, so the stairs was not an option. This building had 19 floors. We were surprised that they didn't feel the urgency to fix it right away. It was already broken when we arrived, and still not fixed when we left after our 2 nights stay.

It was a great place in the Second Street District. We would definitely return if we stay again in Austin. The building is Within walking distance for great restaurants and other services like Starbucks and a small grocery store. We had a party of 3 and there was plenty of space for us. We hardly ever heard any sound from the other units which was wonderful. The staff was always available via text and responded right away if we had questions. The beds were the more comfortable than any hotel I have stayed in.

The unit we stayed in had glass dishes and glasses but with concrete floors I would have preferred something unbreakable. There was only one room key so we couldn’t easily come and go when we had separate activities planned. There were a few places in the unit that could use some extra attention. The paint on the baseboards could use a refresh and the vanity in the second bathroom had started to come apart.

Place was great! Had a nice mattress, which was super appreciated. Well stocked with detergent pods for longer stays. This place had the best check-in instructions I've ever seen. Neatly detailed with pictures of what to do to get your keys. BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT AS WELL!! WOW! Truly top-notch. Quick turnaround time, and super easy to reach out to. Amazing!

The concrete floor was a little cold since I don't wear my shoes in the apartment. There were also some sticky dishes and things that were overlooked. However, customer support was so quick to respond, I really didn't mind it all.

Location. Ease of checkin. All via text and online. Communication was great, directions clear. Countless restaurants close. Grocery store down the street. 7 min walk to 6th street bars. Walkable to ACL. Great for 4 people. Better than staying in a hotel. Bathroom good size. Shower good. Parking space included

Everything was good. You can't store bags if you have a later flight.

It was nice view. Across the street there was a massive building being remodeled so it was a bit loud in the morning but the apartment was nice!

The front desk was really nice and it was easy to get upstairs and relax. We could also walk any places from the apartment. First time ever to be at this apartment.
