cost of Parking is the highest I’ve ever experienced

The Staff was very warm and informative, the room was comfortable and had enough space for my family. The location was perfection - felt like we were in the middle of everything. the breakfast was alright- not the tastiest, but certainly a useful fuel for the first part of your day.

There was contruction on two florrs while we were there and that may have slowed down the elevators- the wait time for them was a bit long. There was also afew strands of hair in the bathroom sink when we first arrived - we washed it away but -- you know.. that wasnt so nice.

The facility, checking in, and the excellent hot meal breakfast. The breakfast staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Even my elderly mother was impressed ny them.

The $ 50.00/per day for valet parking in a four day stay is on the high side. Two weeks before in downtown Fort Worth we paid $ 35.00 per night for parking valet parking. We were in a historic building.

The room really exceeded our expectations - really nice and very comfortable. Great wifi. Nice selection at breakfast. Having access to a gym and pool was also a bonus. Overall it was a really nice hotel, in a good location.

There were renovations being conducted at the time of our stay. The hotel did try to minimize the disruption and works were only allowed during certain hours - but the noise was unbearable if you were in your room during the day!

Location, 2 beds (tough to get downtown), cleanliness, working ice machine, surprisingly quiet.

Price - especially overnight valet price of $52! I guess it's downtown Austin these days, but I was shocked. Also, why no door on the closet? Very odd. And bathroom counter space was poor, especially because there was no space under the counter.

Breakfast was great, lots of options to make everyone happy. It was fun to sit and eat on the balcony to watch all the action on the street.

I wish there was another parking option than valet for $52 or finding a random spot on the street. I was staying with two young girls and coming back in the evening and walking was not a safe option.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet. Well-equipped

Although we requested housekeeping services to be done every few days, none was provided. The breakfasts were substandard for the price - very little choice, pre-cooked eggs, no variety; European hotels provide superb breakfasts for similar prices

wifi access poor, unable to reset Hilton honors password. Great wifi access at other nearby locations. hair dryer dirty and had to clean down.

Room was very comfortable and clean which is why I like to choose Hampton Inn when I travel. The hotel room was quiet except for when people or staff were talking on their cell phones in the hallway. The fitness center was clean and well stocked with machines and weights.

I was disappointed that there was no dark roast coffee at breakfast any of the days of my stay. The dark roast coffee is actually another one of the reasons I choose Hampton Inn over the dozens of other hotels out there because their coffee actually has some coffee flavor unlike most hotel chain coffee. I asked if there would be any made the man running the breakfast looked at me like I was crazy and said "no". I ended up having to go to Starbucks at another hotel to get coffee.

Excellent downtown location, everything is walkable and lots of great options close by for food, bars and music. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have every slept on!

I was slightly disappointed with the hot breakfast options and taste. Some more shade options around the pool sun lounges would also be welcomed, but these were only minor things.
