I did not have the opportunity to partake in the breakfast. Wish I would have because the common space looked inviting. The bathroom was clean and new and I love the tile. I also enjoyed the balcony. The room was spacious and the number of available outlets was great. It was overall a very clean and inviting space. They are obviously in the process or upgrading and the results are beautiful. Check in and Check out were easy. Would definitely stay here again.

I would like if the floors were a little cleaner but it maybe only be residue from the mop but there was a white film/haze. Film did not appear to rub off on to my socks or shoes so that is good.

Wonderful location Although off that seems like busy 620 the hotel is set back and you can ask for the back view they have two Suites that are apps for Suites that are absolutely amazing to see the family it is an older home that used to be an old hunting lodge I believe so could use maybe some updates but all in all it's wonderful the rooms are clean it's clean the people there the staff is amazing I have no complaints I think it's a wonderful piece of property and a great location if you need to stay in the Bee Cave area Lakeway Westlake even it's close to everything there's a Chick-fil-A across the way there's a Target Home Depot there's amazing restaurants all around and again it's set back so you don't hear anything I have an injury if the brain and it is very important that I have quiet so this is a great hotel for that and good location and easy to drive around

The building itself was very cool, and the lobby was decorated nice with a great view. The pool area was nice as well.

It was slightly run down, and just needed some tidying up outside. Leaves, overgrown vines, spiderwebs, etc.

Need a space big enough to sort through stuff I was moving and the room offered that easily. It also had a nice back porch view and surrounding. The front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was not that great. There is another Ranch Rd address on the other side of town I mistakenly drove to. Didn’t like the site is named MS Lodge but the sign in front says MS Motel, although it fits both the motel and lodge setups.

The view is simply gorgeous! The hotel is situated such that every room has a balcony with a lovely view. The breakfast was a nice little bonus. The room was plenty spacious.

I wasn’t aware that we needed to ask for fresh towels, etc., though I understand now this is common presently after Covid with the staff shortages all hotels are plagued with. The property could use some updating, but I won’t hesitate to visit again.

Nice view, quiet room, clean, comfortable bed

Check in staff needed us to know when exactly we would be arriving to ensure someone was at the front desk. As we didn't know exactly how long everything would take, we were off by a half hour, and we had to wait a half hour for the staff to return. Not a huge deal, and she was apologetic, but that's the reason it was not 5 stars.

- The room was quite big and the king size bed didn't take up so much space that I didn't have room to move around. In fact, there was also 2 desks and a couch that fit and I still had a lot of room to move around. - You can tell the place went thru a heavy renovation and it looks really nice. Only exception was the shower, but, the shower head was newer. - The location is not too far off from a lot of places in Bee's Cave as well as downtown Austin. It's nice if you wanna visit the city, but not stay in the city. - Bed was comfy! - Parking seemed to be adequate. I was never too far from my door. - The AC worked well, but a dehumidifier would make it better.

- Staff aren't the nicest, but they got the job done. - There was a very heavy layer of dust under the couch as well as random items other patrons had lost. - The towel rack had been ripped off the wall as well as the toilet paper holder. - I found a cockroach leg on the floor. May have been due to it being in the mop bucket since roaches love water, but still kinda gross. - The highway it is off of can be kinda tricky because the speed limit it quite fast and there can be heavy traffic. Take care and definitely utilize that middle turn lane.

Not fancy, but very functional. Very nice staff. Good value. Quiet location. Very large room.

Air conditioner was a little noisy, but I slept fine. The room had been repainted but some of the light switch plates had not been properly cleaned from excess paint - no big deal. Second floor rooms are only accessible by stairs, so those with mobility challenges would want to make sure they have a first floor room.

The staff is amazing here! The view and being away from the city while having to go to the city close by for work is an amazing escape! I came for business and my family came to see me so I booked here and it was such a nice serene place my wife and kids didn't want to leave and we ended up staying 2 extra days! The continental breakfast was amazing and the kids had a blast in the pool and just running around outside. This place has a very "homey" feeling with a southern charm twist. I will be staying here again whenever I can when I come into town.

There was nothing about this place I didn't like!

beautiful location and views. I love that it isn’t surrounded by lots of people or hustle and bustle. secluded feeling yet not far from everything you need! it is nice to have a patio with another door to the outside as well as front door.

this hotel was built to be a luxury property. you can tell it was sold to a private owner at some point and some of the furniture it a bit hodge-podgy, kind of dated or missing. but it was still clean and comfortable. a few more pieces of furniture (two side tables not just one and side lamps with plugs for phones etc) would add extra touches.
