Great stay, great staff and amenities. If I could offer one suggestion, too many adult pools. The adult pools were completely empty. That isolates the families keeping them only able to use the back pools only. That was my only complaint that I couldn’t bring my 10 year old into a nice pool. The “kiddie” pools are as just that; for tiny kids. Our son is very well behaved and has as dying to go in the beautiful pools but wasn’t allowed because they were “adult only”

The adult pools, too many, not enough family friendly options for older kids who are not toddlers.

Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of choices at the T&R restaurant breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout the facility! Pools were beautiful and relaxing. Views were wonderful, especially the sunset. Spa staff was excellent and the view of the lake was amazing.

I am short so the bed height was a bit challenging for me. A printed guide of the facilities with a map, hours, etc. in each room was not provided. However, the staff was very helpful with information when asked.

Very upscale, clean, and the staff were very helpful. Being close to the countryside was excellent

Better coordination of bars up stairs and downstairs. The bar upstairs at restaurant said that there was happy hour at 5:00, the bar downstairs said that was not so. I did not like the fact that I was told that there would be a $90 charge to cover incidentals when purchasing at various locations, only to find that my card had been shared $500. The difference between what I had spent and what had been charged was promptly put back in my credit cards, but this needs to be straightened out

the size is perfect, our cabana was perfect and the children’s and adult pools are amazing, proximity to marina is ideal,

the elevators were an issue, no valet but Elvis makes up for that with rides down to the restaurant, no room service or late night option for cooked meals

I loved the experience, had everything onsite to enjoy the pool, restaurant, bar, making s'mores, adult swim up, adult areas, views, welcome beverage, cookies, room service daily and spa

The place for the price needs some updates. Our bathroom was a little dated, the beds were semi comfortable, the rooms were so humid our beds and towels felt wet.

Location was great, lovely view over the lake. I liked how the pools were split up to adults only and kids. They had freshly baked cookies in the lobby daily which was great. Bed was super comfy!

The fixtures and fittings were a little dated. Room had a damp smell when you walked in. There was a very fine line between too hot and too cold with the shower but all in all nothing to complain about.

This place was definitely one for the books. It was exciting to be able to enjoy family time and than mommy and daddy time. The scenery, the different levels of pool, and the restaurant was amazing. The bar area was nice. We were able to sit outside and reflect about this year. Also Luis was amazing from helping us with our luggages to our check out process. Any questions were answered and anything needed was definitely taken care of.

I really didn't have any dislikes. Our food was not what we ordered to be brought up but we ate it. We ordered ribs but received roast. The roast, carrots, and potatoes were delicious. So no complaints.

The pool and games with lake view are amazing. The restaurant has lake views...all of the lake views were amazing. I liked being close to the marina since we were going on the lake.

The walking distance from the rooms to the pool is a bit excessive. Overall there is not much we did not like. The cost of drinks is just really too high at all resorts.

Enjoying the pools with beautiful views of the lake was the best part of the stay, entertainment for everyone to enjoy including a swim up bar and slides in the pool for the kids to play, they even had a fire pit for smores (a great added bonus), the restaurant's food and staff were incredible (they seated my birthday party of 15 people last minute and it was 30 mins before closing time too), the location was perfect with a great scenic drive to the resort, the rooms were ok( I was able to get a top floor room which was perfect), the balcony was nice with chairs and table and astonishing views of the lake, also all the staff were amazing.

The beds were a little small and not as comfortable as expected with price of rooms, the restrooms in the rooms were also very small ( with location and price you are expecting something a little more upgraded), the elevators were outdated and needed work, a little better cleaning on them as well. Also, A bigger hot tub would of been nice with hotel being sold out there were a lot of guests.

We loved the view from our lake view balcony room on the top floor and playing in the pools. The kid's pool did not feel heated and the slides were not turned on since we were there on a weekday (Monday). The pool bar closed early but the drink we got was good and priced as expected for a resort pool bar.

The building is older but has been cosmetically updated, we enjoyed it.
