This property was awesome!! we were traveling for my sons basketball tournament. Everything about this property was great. The staff was very accommodating to us. They allowed my sons team to use the basketball court for practice. The front desk personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. They even suggested a delicious restaurant for us to eat at. The room was clean and fully stocked. There were dishes pots, and pans, and even dish soap and scrubbers for the dishes. All in all I give this property at 10 out of 10 recommend.

the room was amazing. It was quiet even for New Years Eve. But we were very pleased with the layout and size of the room.

the front desk representative was not at all friendly or inviting when we encountered her in the afternoon a couple of times. My fiance went down to get some pepto bismol and she didn't even get out of her chair. the breakfast was a joke. Paper plates and the girl would only bring out 6 or so at a time. She closed the breakfast buffet at 9:55 i know cuz I was down there twice to get a waffle and purposely waited until 9:53 to leave my room and she already had the batter pulled for the waffles when I got down there at 9:55. The buffet was not Residence Inn quality.

The location was great for our needs because we were in town mainly to friends who live 5 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast was good, facilities were nice. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, although I didn't end up using it that much. Our 3-year-old hadn't been in a hotel since she was too young to remember, so I wanted her to have the comfort of a more home-like setting, and this Residence Inn delivered that. It was easy enough to get around, and there were stores and restaurants conveniently nearby.

For some reason the indoor pool area was kind of dark. That wasn't necessarily a big problem but everything else seemed so inviting that it was strange by comparison. I ended up needing to print a document in the lobby, which I was only able to do by connecting my laptop directly to the printer, because the PC they provided was running an old version of MS Internet Explorer and I wasn't able to access Google Drive or Gmail from it at all. These were very minor inconveniences and we had a really good experience in general.

The room was spacious and very quiet at night.

The breakfast was just OK. There was very little variety compared to the other hotels we stayed at on our trip. Others offered at least 2 types of breakfast meats, biscuits and gravy, more yogurt flavor variety, more bread variety, and pastries. The hot tub was not very hot.

Although we did not utilize it, there was a nice indoor pool and hot tub. There was also a basketball court, and an outdoor area for grilling. Very nice if you are there with family. Staff was nice. Decent breakfast.

the rooms were spacious with modern kitchens and bathrooms. The King bed was wonderful, as were the pillows

the spa was broken, and the breakfast only featured "off the shelf" plastic wrapped hot food..not what we expected give it is now April 2022

I miss the kitchen breakfast. Terrible breakfast set up now and food in a pkg!!! Get back to basics!!

The rooms were very nice. The staff was amazing.

Housekeeping never came to or room, we have to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper.

If the breakfast area opened on time. We went down at 6:30 and no one was there. All we wanted was coffee because we used all the coffee the day before. so we had to go elsewhere for coffee.

Good location clean indoor pool and hot tub is great to a avoid sunburn walking distance of restaurants. Booked to stay again in a few weeks.
