We have stayed here many times on our trips back to the Golden Triangle. This is our preferred property for cost, comfort, and convenience. We will continue to stay at this property in spite of the unpleasant experience with one of the counter clerks.

Generally the staff was friendly and helpful, but one person who was at the desk was decidedly unfriendly and inhospitable. She should not be working at the front desk in any hotel. Never smiled, never responded to any attempt to be friendly. She was a real downer. All the rest of the staff, including the other counter clerk were warm, friendly, and helpful.

Easy to access from interstate. Clean and great room for the night.

Check in staff was not friendly. She would barely reply when I spoke directly to her. Then she became annoyed when I asked her to repeat directions. The young lady at checkout the next morning was not dressed appropriately to be on the front desk. She wore a dark hoody sweatshirt, hair in messy bun. She looked more like the cleaning staff.

Absolutely the most sour clerk I have ever met during any hotel stay in my life. And I am 68 yrs old. The clerk that booked us in was fine, but she was replaced later in the day by a younger attendant who would not speak to us. Even when I went down to the desk later in the day and asked if I had left a bag on the counter, she pointed to it but refused to say a word. And they call this hospitality. Not in my book, and if she was on my payroll I would fire her a** today!

Everything was terrific. The front desk staff were accommodating, the beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and well appointed, the breakfast was yummy and the location was located right off of I-10 traveling. We would definitely stay there again.

It seems very new. Good location to other services. I enjoyed it and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Hand carts were not readily available on check in. I found some later but I was on the fourth floor and could have used one. They have them but guests scatter them throughout the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable

Breakfast could have been good, but all they had hot was the sausage. They didn’t replace the eggs. Everything else was good though

Wonderful woman at check-in! Was very helpful when we asked for a rubber shower mat.

The eggs at the breakfast buffet seemed to be chopped-up hard cooked eggs. Could be a staffing or supply issue. Everything else was fine.

Room size was great! Bed was acceptably comfortable.

Bathroom need deep clean of tiles. Door card key was hit or miss .... it didn't always unlock.

I didn’t like the fact that there was not a tip jar for the lady doing the breakfast. she was not only good she was great 👍

Love the large spacious rooms, over all hotels very clean, beds very comfortable,property well maintained!

Would have liked a little more hot variety for breakfast, but with Covid totally understandable.
