The cleanliness of the room, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My GPS brought me right to the property, no problem.

The television in the room had no 'live tv', and it took forever to get tubi or Showtime to play anything at all. It was very frustrating. Also, the air conditioning in the room was extremely loud. I tossed and turned, trying to go to sleep because of the noise.

it was a decent place for the money spent. Saturday breakfast was better than Sunday’s and the lady Saturday who was doing the breakfast was just as sweet as she could be. Sunday the staff was a bit lacking on customer service and they were out of towels and rags for the rooms due to a full house over the weekend. They accommodated with pool towels and we found a cleaning lady that provided some rags, but the front desk woman when asking if we could stay till 11:30 because checkout was at 11 said yah that was fine, but would be better if we left earlier than 11, which I found to be a bit rude due to my checkout time being at 11.

most of the staff when first getting here was very accommodating, it seemed to go through a slack of care the day we were going to be leaving.

Wheelchair accommodations, continental breakfast( especially staff member), and size of room.

Refrigerator in room did not get cold nor, was it cleaned well (food inside). Trash and towels were asked to be picked up and changed out but, weren’t and being awakened at 8a by housekeeping because they were “TOLD Y’ALL ALREADY CHECKED OUT!”

this is not really about this particular property but I don’t not like the extra charge on top of the room charge, I think it’s ridiculous and you don’t get your money back right away, I’ve stayed at many other hotels and they don’t do this and I usually don’t stay at any Hilton because. other than that I really don’t have any complaints

My reservation through booking.com never showed up at the hotel. Luckily we were able to get another room because the staff was very helpful. Booking.com i will be giving a terrible review this almost ruined my whole trip. I'm extremely upset 😡 😞

Clean and helpful. Fire alarm went off and elevator locked up. So had to use stairs. The front desk said she would send 2 gentleman to help. Which they did. We wre very thankful. We can’t breathe.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This really isn't their fault but Direct TV has horrendous signal issues. The TV kept losing signal no matter what channel I was on. Hope they switch to a provider that doesn't have such temperamental signal.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good.

Breakfast was the standard fake eggs and other SYSCO products. The air conditioner was pretty loud and it was leaking water onto the carpet. Hotel could use some renovation

I like the lady taking care of breakfast, her name is Margaret, she is wonderful. She made me feel like I was a special guest even when she was taking care of the other customer. I think she made everyone feel special. She is truly an asset to your company. I will be back at this location again.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable.
