I had 3 kids with me, who love going to get their own food, so this was perfect . Me, my mom and then loved the location( we visited their grandfather at Stiles unit, the fire, children, art museums. Loved that you were next to the ice cream shop( my favorite) and the girls at plenty room to play .

The bathrooms need a little updating, their was brown dust spots in the shower upper wall.

the front desk person was very efficient and very friendly. she made sure we knew where the room was and to drive to the side of the building and enter from the side entrance. The room was clean and neat and the next morning we did have hot water for a shower! Checkout was effortless, quick. We would stay again.

we dressed to come down to the breakfast area the next day and was not allowed to come in and choose foods. it was blocked off from the guests and we had to tell someone what to give us and we had to take it back up to our room. we just went back up, gathered our belongings, checked out and left to find breakfast somewhere else in town.

We had a family reunion and it was only 10 minutes or less away to the hotel. It was so nice to have a full breakfast and not something out of a bag.

Didn't care for the little children knocking on our doors and running and the ones above us jumping and keeping up a lot of noise at night. Overall fine.

OUTSTANDING staff (seriously all were fabulous), facility (i.e. Gym. laundry, etc), cleanliness (no smells either), Hot breakfast (Eggs, potatoes, toast, sausage), beverages and snacks on sight (even ice cream), and right off the I10, Seriously couldn't rave about this hotel enough.

If I had to find one "didn't like" item it would be that there wasn't enough light in the room. They had several lamps but with the size of the room we just never quite could get it bright.

The king mattress in our room was past its lifes comfort level. It dipped severly to the middle. Breakfast was just ok. Having to bring a "pre" prepared meal to the room to eat was not ideal.

We really liked the facility and location. A more comfortable mattress with less wear would have made our stay more enjoyable, and a dine in experience for breakfast where the food is kept warm or prepared fresh.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely pleasant. He was there at 11pm when I checked in and still there when I left at 630am. He was helpful both times. The breakfast was a nice surprise to have a good mix of warm and ready to eat foods.

Breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and nice. There was an issue with how it was billed to my card but the lady at the front desk in the morning was very helpful and gave me receipts to confirm the charge in the event that they system over charged me.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable and location was great! The parking was also convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Was placed in a handicap room so was a tad inconvenienced. The bathtub was low and difficult, but the main issue was the lack of water pressure in the shower. Not having a full bathroom counter was disappointing and not having a full size closet to hang our clothes was another small issue. I understand it being a handicap room, but not being handicapped, these were just small inconveniences.

I think BREAKFAST should go back to normal. There are two reasons we have always chosen Laquinta: Its dog-friendly & it serves up a good, hot breakfast. The staff was nice but the breakfast routine sucked. Serving limited numbers at a time & staggering tables would work just as well since the virus is not known to be passed with food or from casual surfaces. I encourage you to get updated on the facts related to Covid-19. Until then I think I'll skip Laquinta again for awhile.

very nice and quiet

I’m upset because my son left his pillow. I called yesterday once we left. the front clerk was going to go check and call me back. Well, she never did. he had this pillow since he was a baby. He’s very upset about it.
