The room was very roomy and quite comfortable.

The shower. The curtain bar was mounted poorly which severely restricted the space in the shower. The black-out shade also broke. When I reported both of these to the front desk they said they could not do anything about the shower rod and put cardboard up over the window. Though effective at blocking sunlight, it meant there was no natural light in my room for the entirely of my stay.

The PRICE made us choose this hotel. We were so happy with how clean everything was. I asked if the hotel had been recently remodeled. It had. Staff was great. We’re planning another trip in June for our son’s wedding. Making reservations in a few minutes.

Only real complaint was the fact that we stayed on the first floor, right next to the breakfast area and lobby. Quite noisy. Our room’s window wasn’t sealed, so we heard loud guests and smelled cigarette smoke coming through.

The elevator was SCARY! It felt and sounded like you were going to fall! i took the stairs to the third floor instead of taking the elevator. The hot and cold on the shower were confusing because the labels did not match, hot ended up being between cold and the label reading hot was actually cold. The traffic was very noisy and can be heard all night long!

very clean and we had a king size bed room, it had a lot of room. We really enjoyed our over night stay and will definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area again.

Great location. Comfortable although the beds were a little hard. Love the space and the kitchenette area. This was a return trip. Would stay here again.

The shower curtain rod was drooping,...not secured to the wall....This caused water to literally flood the bathroom...When management was told about it I thought it would be repaired ...it wasn't so we could not shower the second night. Room 210. The toilet did not operate properly either....I hope not all rooms have these plumbing issues

We love this hotel and always stay here when we travel from Santa Fe to Houston. We usually have a room on one of the upper floors but this time we were on the ground floor. The room above us was occupied and about 10 pm the heavy footsteps that sounded like pounding started. Then again the next morning it started again and lasted until from 4 to 5am. Needless to say, we did not have a restful night. We were so disappointed. If we ever have to stay on a lower floor again, we will go somewhere else.

Overall this is a solid hotel. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast on Sunday was a bit short on food and staff working. It was slow to get things replenished. TV picture in my room wasn't sharp... a bit blurry which is odd in this HD and beyond digital age.

We stayed in a king room with a sofa, not sure if it was considered a king suite or just a king room. But the room was very large. And I love that it had two tv's; one in front of the bed and one in front of the sofa. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was very nice. The lounge chairs by the pool were very nice too.

The bed could have been a little softer. It wasn't terribly hard, it was just a little firmer than we are used to. The pool could've been skimmed a little more often. There were bugs on the surface every time we went out. But I will say, they had a pool skimming net available there under the shelter and my brother in law was able to skim it in no time.
