This was pretty much what we expected. It is a much older property with few amenities and served as a place to sleep and shower. It was clean, the owner or desk person was very nice and even called us after we left to let us know we forgot a personal item.
Just an old property with older shower, furniture, but that was completely expected when I booked it.

It was very clean I'm very comfortable air conditioner wise.
Had too many flies in the room that was the only thing was wrong with the brown otherwise it was OK maybe next time we come back to Brownwood. We will check back in and the same hotel. We did only if there won't be no more Flies in the room.

That I had to put out my trash and dirty towels out side by my door. And I had to ring a door bell to talk to the clerk through a window. The wall behind the little frig, the walls look like it have never been clean. Lots of hanging dust, webs.. I will not stay there again.
