The room was clean. The parking lot is well lighted. The breakfast had a great selection of things to eat & was good! The coffee was also good!! Most of the staff was friendly as well.

It was very noisy. We could hear people slamming their doors closed, a dog barking, people taking showers late at night & talking while walking down the hall. One of the beds sounded like it’s about to fall apart. Sitting on it & moving around in it was making a lot of noise. The other bed was fine. I’m also a light sensitive person, when sleeping, & there was a lot of light around the window covering.

I love how the clean the facilities were and the beds were so comfortable! The staff was amazing too! Great attitude and polite.

The ceiling fan in our room didn't work so one of the friendly staff at the front desk lent us her personal fan. I didn't like the inconvenience for a small issue. I would have given a 10 but this was the issue.

Breakfast was great, staff very friendly.

When I tried to check in, the lady at the desk said I could not check in yet, it was about ten till three. She said I would have to wait till three, told me I would have to go wait in my car. There was no one else checking in, thought this was strange, never had I checked into a hotel that did this to me. Then in five minutes she came outside to my car and said she would check me in. My credit card was charged a $50.00 charge when I checked in, I ask what that was, some incenditial charge incase I used the phone, etc. I have never had a Hampton Inn do this before. I checked my creidit card next day and the charge was not on my card.

The breakfast offerings were pleasantly ample--much better than they were at two other properties in town at earlier dates. We particularly enjoyed the fruity juicy-type drinks.

The aroma in the room could have been better: the room smelled like the old Long John Silver's shop in town--fishy.

The gal at the front desk was the best!!! The hotel is next to a field of goats and sheep. Our room had a nice little couch that I sat on drinking morning coffee and watching the goats. It was a peaceful way to start the day!

I stayed for 5 nights, and facilities were good and the staff was friendly. I would have given higher rating, but one morning the kitchen staff didn’t show up and they had no breakfast. Was not a good way to start a work day!

Our keys to one of the rooms quit working and we had to get more made. When you only spend one night, that’s not convenient.

It took a long time to check in because of several activities going on the vicinity. (Busy weekend).

Clean, big room, was cold and slept well.

Brownwood is the most expensive hotels I've ever booked. Not sure why they are so expensive. Also pool was down in the middle of summer.

Everything is clean and the staff are all very friendly.

Our room was not ready so we had to go to dinner with family without being able to freshen up first. Our keys didn’t work so we had to get replacements, then in the morning they quit working too. Also the bed was too hard for me.
