La Quinta by Wyndham Brownwood

The hotel was terrific. They had everything the way I needed it . It was wonderful to be close to elevator . I have an issue with walking and have to use a cane or walking chair so my request was taken care of before checking in. We had our dog with us an they have a dog park out back for them. It was a fast trip, but accommodation were perfect.

Nothing...we had no issues at all.

La Quinta Brownwood is such a wonderful place! It is so clean it's amazing! Super comfortable everything! Fridge, microwave and coffee maker and all the supplies. I was here for the second time, but this time during the pandemic. I would go NOWHERE else during this time. I knew from my first visit how impeccably clean they are, so I wasn't worried. I'm sure they added extra precautions, it smelled so clean and taken care of. But it did before too. Staff is a total gem! They go out of their way for your comfort and safety. Love them, their hotel and all that they do! The food is wonderful! And well worth every penny!

Perfect location surrounded by restaraunts and activities yet still quiet . Breakfast was good. Front desk was very helpful and assisted me with a problem and provided a solution for me. Big soft beds very comfortable and a spacious bathroom area

Pillows. I like the big fluffy pillows they provide 3 shorter pillows. Not a deal breaker just a preference

Absolutely best hotel anywhere! Thank you ! So pampered ! This was so relaxing and nourishing, I wish I was still there. Great check in by Tina who selected a great room for us. Staff are incredibly responsive, friendly & professional! Andy at the front desk was our saving grace when we needed anything taken care of, he went above and beyond to make our time at La Quinta amazing and he is honestly the reason I'm writing this review. The amenities are numerous compared to the competition. Room is spacious. Pool is nice. Can't wait to go back!

This hotel was absolutely lovely and perfect for a quick stay. We needed a place for one night only, and we are so glad we picked this hotel. Once you enter you find a clean and nicely decorated lobby. We checked in later in the evening and the hotel was very accommodating of our late arrival. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, well informed, and got us checked in quickly and easily. Parking was free and on-site. Our room was spotless, which was very important to us given the Covid situation. Lots of space, well-maintained and nicely upgraded. We had a flat screen TV, microwave and mini fridge. The linens were all clean and fresh, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was also great. We found our room to be very quiet and perfectly pleasant to stay. The pool was open, and the hotel had a wonderful free breakfast. Coffee and morning juices were readily available. Checkout was also quick and easy with a very pleasant morning front desk staff. All in all, a really excellent stay. We were very happy with our experience and would be thrilled to stay here again.

Probably the best thing was the cleanliness and nice modern room.

A little to high priced, but ok. The indoor pool was empty, and closed. The breakfast was mediocre, like most . Unfortunately, American motels offer the same mediocre breakfast with terrible meat patty of breakfast sausage, and fake eggs scrambled, doesn’t matter 3 or 4 stars ! sad

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The rooms were spacious.

Although there was handrails in the tub there was no way to sit in the bathtub to shower for my Mother even though it was supposed to be handicap accessible.

Awesome Top notch hotel! From the moment you walk into the hotel you are greeted by a very welcoming staff. The service couldn't have been any better from the hotel staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a warm atmosphere. The hotel rooms are very large, beautiful, fresh & very clean. Brownwood is a fun town for a getaway. We will definitely be back for stay real soon!!!

I absolutely loved staying at the La Quinta Brownwood. Fantastic location. Parking is free. The service is great. The hotel is nice and clean. Beautiful rooms. Sweetest front desk staff. All around great spot. Highly recommend. Andy was the greatest. Absolutely went above and beyond at every opportunity. The rates are very affordable. I am booking with them again next month!

I stayed here for one night and let me say this is a beautiful hotel. It's not over the top pricey, You pay for it's location and the actual hotel itself is very clean and room nice size and well decorated. There was a huge flat screen in my room. There is free breakfast. The staff are super friendly. I would most definitely stay here my next visit! Thank you for a great stay!!
