Good basic breakfast to get the morning started.

Staff person keeping the breakfast buffet filled, was a bit abrupt with some customers. He is there to assist the customers, not correct them on what his expectation was for customers. E.g he stated to a customer on the fact that they should have told him that something was needed, rather than just assisting them. He felt the need to "correct" customers on more than one occasion. A bit more friendly service could have been given in the breakfast area. My wife came down after I did and she observed the same thing without me saying a word to her.

Location was excellent when you are traveling from Corpus Christ or San Antonio and just needed to cut trip and rest before heading to Waco or Dallas, can get back to IH 35 right away, the facility is very clean, staff are friendly, very easy check in and out, area is quiet, able to rest well and some restaurants or fast food nearby is a plus especially when you get there after 8 pm, very good hot breakfast, has fitness center and indoor pool, spacious room. Easy to find area using GPS .

No hair blower and had only small shampoo and hair conditioner and only 1 small soap for 2 guests but it’s okay, still worth for the price for a night, can’t beat that. can just bring own extra if needed, but other than that , really enjoyed our 1 night stay at the hotel.

How clean everything was looked very well super amazing looks more elegant than what the price was!!! Super impressed with staff and their customer service 10 out of 10 would go again!!!

Not the worst was still amazing breakfast but I would like to have a variety or the self serve breakfast. Bacon Ham Gravy with biscuits Different cooked eggs (personal preference) More hot sauces Love the waffles and the mini waffles And the two different options for the batter was absolutely perfect!!!!

I like that there was always parking and good breakfast in the AM . I also loved the location of the hotel !

I didn’t care for people hanging out in the back parking lot at night it was really makes the hotel look trashy. I also felt that it would be nice to have the breakfast stay open at least till 10AM ! also I didn’t like that there was a nasty egg smell coming from our restroom sink and they took a day in a half to come check it out.

Clean, nice staff, nice hotel overall, and breakfast was really great with more choices than most. I was grateful for the healthier options like the flavored water and high protein yogurt.

Bed wasn't the comfiest but not a deterrent, carpet in room was coming up a bit and a square was cut up which altered the overall esthetics and feel of the room, and it was bit far from what we needed but it was also one of the closest options

That we were all able to be on the same floor together . Breakfast was decent. Loved that it is served til a later time!!! Thank you for that!!

Parking isn't wide enough. Too many door ding's! Not enough wash clothes in the room. Maids for bent out of shape when you requested some when they were right outside your room. Sorry! I like a hotel that plans for 4 in a room and leaves enough towels for said 4!

We usually stay here when we travel to austin. The staff is friendly and courteous. The breakfast is good. Close to restaurants and interstate. Will continue to stay here

The room was clean but the water would overflow out of shower since it is a wheelchair accessible shower and that made the carpet leading to room have a funky smell.

Breakfast was delish. Enjoyed convenience of location to restaurants and cafes but did not enjoy access to entry to hotel. Several rigs blocked entry and exit to hotels parking area. Employees were super helpful with requests made to them. Enjoyed our stay there.

Just a good place to.stay

The pricing is off the charts sometimes. I frequent Austin often and since Ibam a regular it would be nice to get a good price. Not 245 dollars. I often have to wait 3 weeks to come back to visit my brother who is in a nursing home. We almost list him a couple months ago. I should not have to worry about finding affordable housing.

They put us in the room appearing in their ads, as they had not held our room although we had indicated it would be a late arrival.

The room was a 'stage' room, so no working phone or tv. But it was just for a night and we arrived late, so not that big of a deal.
