I have stayed here a few times now when I come in to Austin for work and do not want to drive back to San Antonio. This location is very convenient. It is a very quiet location which is a bonus for me. I am out early the next morning for work. I love the location of the pool in that it does not cause undue noise for the rest of us, especially now in the summer. I always ask to get a room away from it too which helps and this has always been accommodated.

The ladies at the front desk (Lexie & Rosa) we’re absolutely phenomenal! They were so sweet & helpful! Room smelt amazing (freshly cleaned) & the breakfast had a GREAT variety! Pool/hot tub were great temperatures & my 7 month old was actually able to get in the pool cause it wasn’t freezing cold! Location was great as well!

Literally my only complaint were the pillows. I didn’t sleep well only because the pillows weren’t comfy at all and they’re tiny.

Great area, easy check in and parking. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was great

Breakfast did not have any meat options and I’m more than positive it’s probably because management wants cheaper cost. You get scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, pre heated sausage burritos, oatmeal, cereal and the waffle maker. Again no meat, like it’s an incomplete meal if feels like but still good either way just a weird thing to not have. Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner, there was hair in my tub and also the sides were a bit dirty. Better shower curtains as well because I had to use another towel to keep the water in

the property was well kept up and very clean and maintained . the staff was super sweet and well welcomed:)

some of the restroom was a little dirty and right when you came into the room it had a smell but of course the housekeeping helped out . also we were on 3rd floor and we could hear a lot of running around at midnight till 2:45am .

Very nice facility. Breakfast is great, new and clean look throughout.

Strangely enough, our rooms window (214) was frosted glass so you can't see outside. You wake up in the morning, open the shades...but nope...you aren't going to see outside today. Never before been in a hotel room where the window was frosted...felt like we were on an inside room on a cruise ship with no window. Water pressure in shower was COMICAL. It has the flow rate of a Keurig coffee maker. One day I opted for a wet washcloth in the microwave for my daily shower....and was probably wetter than if I had showered!

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. I liked that it stayed open a little later on the weekend. I also enjoy that the hotel provides nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash in NORMAL size bottles for you to use while there.

That you can only adjust the thermostat up or down by 10 degrees each way, no in between.

We chose the Marriott because it was not so close to the Freeway but accessible to the great complex of shops and restaurants. Awesome breakfast!

Our key cards failed often. The staff were prompt to get it working. The card failures kept me from giving the highest rating…

I didn’t like the quality of the breakfast items very much like the omelette and sausage. I would have liked flavored creamers for my coffee. Also, there were no waters in the room and no disposable cups in room to get water from sink.

I really appreciate the cleanliness of the property. I arrived late and the front desk was very accommodating. And as a woman alone with children, safety is paramount.

This isn't really your fault but some guests are so hungry that the breakfast disappears quite early. The parking lot was a little scary. Security would be nice.

My room was nice but tv didn’t work. Got batteries and still didn’t work but only stayed one night so I didn’t make a big fuss about it.

The elevators smelt bad, it was kinda dirty but could be from foot traffic and the workers staying there.
