It was easy to find and close to Schlitterbahn, dining, and necessary shopping. It felt like a safe location. Overall everything was very clean and looks updated. The staff was nice. I forgot an item in the room and they had it for me at the desk when I remembered it later. The room was plenty big for 3 people. Breakfast was mostly good with waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, microwavable sausage egg and cheese biscuit, packaged Danish, juice and coffee. Price wise I thought it was slightly better than what was available in the area, and about what I've paid in the past for similar hotel rooms during peak time in other tourist areas.

The incense mist in the lobby and hallway is too strong. I began coughing immediately from it. I could hear every move from the people above me. They stomped and banged around loudly until after 11pm, then began again in the morning. I didn't complain because we wore earbuds for our devices most of the time, but I was on the verge of doing so. Be aware that we could also hear people's conversations from their rooms as we walked down the hallway. I did have to get clean towels and more soap at the front desk because we stayed 2 nights, but we did like that nobody came into our room while we stayed there because you have to request housekeeping for a multi night stay.

I really liked the comfort I received during my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t have any issues during my stay. The hotel was very convenient to restaurants and shopping centers.

The breakfast could have been better. We had to eat breakfast elsewhere because of the poor selection of food items. However, it was adequate enough for people without food restrictions or special diets.

I liked the tea options for breakfast, the fact that no pets were allowed and the location.

I didn't like that my keep didn't work even after many attempts to fix it on different occasions. Then when it did, only one worked. I didn't like that they weren't any vegetarian or non pork options at breakfast. Some eggs would of been nice and honey.

The beds, cleanliness, and the staff were all amazing. The comfort is definitely outstanding!!

We were disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. All of the juice options were out of order. A way to make up for that would've been to offer single juices for the guests to choose from. Not everyone drinks coffee.

Location of highway was good. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast options were good; would have been nice to have boiled eggs or scrambled eggs.

WAY overpriced for the room/location/food/etc. Price point should be $50-$75 less for the type of hotel. Not likely I will stay here again for my next two trips to New Braunfels in the next few months.

Property very clean. Immediately when we walked in the hotel it smelled so nice and felt so fresh. The beds were very comfortable. Super cozy room, had a mini fridge and microwave. Restroom was spacious.

The only problem we didn’t like about the room was the mini fridge made a loud noise.

Because of Covid the regular breakfast was not offered. Instead there was a breakfast sandwich one could heat in the microwave and a prepackaged muffin. It was o.k. but not my preference. I DID like that the hotel was back away from the highway. The room was pretty basic, however it was very clean. I traveled with my son and that was REALLY important to me. Even took a soak in the tub because it was so clean. The beds were decently comfortable. Overall for the money it was a good value for the night. I would stay here again. If I have to stay at a place for longer than a few days, and can afford it, I would probably find something a step up. However, so appreciate how clean it was and comfortable enough for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful....

Matrasses were comfortable, however seemed a tad worn. Could be updated with at least a mattress topper or something like that. Update your channel log in your notebook... does not match the tv. ;) such a little thing, but would be nice. Decent breakfast because of Covid, but maybe have a few more choices. Overall for the value, would still stay again.

I liked how close it was to the attraction we was thr to see and the staff was friendly and helpful

The 1st night when we got thr our room had a smell of mildew in it but the next day we told the cleaning staff and they deodorized the room

Teenage boys loved the Jimmy Dean sausage/egg/cheese croissants. I enjoyed making fresh waffles, and the coffee was just right. Beds we’re comfortable, and the room was a cool 70*. Bathroom was very clean and had a large vanity.

The location was fine. The clerk said breakfast was a grab a sausage biscuit and a bottle of water so we did not eat there

The bathtub had a very slow drain and they stop her wouldn’t stay up so it had to be taken out. Also the part on the coffee pot that you put the dry coffee in was missing so I had to make it like tea and run the water over the bag in the cup. The elevator was not Working well. Two things number one from the second floor it was very finicky to make it work to go down.
