Everything! Everyone was very friendly, polite & professional. Monique, Lydia & Cody were especially wonderful. We met Monique & Lydia on our trip last year & were so glad to get to see them again on this trip, & Cody was an absolutely delightful person as well. We definitely will look forward to seeing them on our trip next time. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit family here. Everything & everyone was great!!

Staff is awesome, they are very welcoming. The hotel is pet friendly, and we travel with our pet. The location is good for our needs. Located 10 minutes from the beach.

The pillows leave a little to be desired. The pillows offer very little comfort and support. A little heartier pillow would be fantastic. Otherwise no complaints.

carpet on 2nd floor as we exited the elevator were very dirty and stained. as wall as entire hallway to our room. parking was tight as some guest took up to 4 spaces to park their truck with their boat attached. Sheer curtains in room had marker markings on them.

Breakfast was great! The front desk representative, Nick, took great care of us at check in and check out and made the additional accommodations we requested work for us immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice pillows, beds were springy and slightly uncomfortable. I sleep on a tempurpedic at home though, so it's hard to compete with that. Overall the comfort level was about what I anticipated.

The temperature in room would get comfortable then ac would turn off. Room would get warm and ac would eventually turn back on. This made it difficult for me to sleep at night.

Breakfast was ok. It was a 10 minute drive to Surfside where the rest of my family was staying at a beach house.

All handicap parking was taken on Saturday evening, my father had to walk further than needed.

The size of the room was perfect for our family of four. The refrigerator was big enough to hold drinks and the food/snacks we brought. And the location was central to great food and the beach.

Not enough towels; we were given three even though the reservation was for four guests. We requested extra towels but were given small pool towels. There were also no towels available at the pool. Doors opening and closing was really loud--woke up both mornings to slamming doors. Breakfast ends too early and not enough food available. Because the AC was located on one side of the room, that side stayed really cold while the other half was warm. There was also a not-so-pleasant smell in the room upon entry. There are also no USB plugs and charging blocks do NOT fit in the outlets on the lamps.

Location was great about 8 minutes away from the beach and the people are really nice and helpful
