The staff were so hospitable and lovely, they were definitely my favorite part of the stay. Several team members went above and beyond for my family and I. I cannot say enough great things about how wonderful they were. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

The internet wasn't always strong enough for my video meetings but I was able to dial into my meetings which ended up working out fine. I would recommend looking into a higher speed option for guests who need to work from the location.

The breakfast was quite good with hot food including egss, bacon, sausage and various pastries and breads. Also included cold cereal and fruit so really no need to go elsewhere for breakfast. It was served on time and staffed by a very friendly and helpful employee. Bed and room were comfortable and clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk and she came and checked. She acknowledged it and offered another room. I declined since it didn't particularly bother me I just didn't want to be charged for smoking in the room.

This property discriminates against unvaccinated guests and makes them sign an agreement to wear masks. I loved the property but have a problem with this discrimination policy therefore I will probably not book with this hotel chain again until that policy changes.

Friendly staff, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, super clean facility, very cozy outdoor seating pool side, (loved the fire pit) quiet property, central location.

Delicious coffee but the breakfast wasn’t as good as I expected ( cold biscuits, doughy pastry).

I got surprised with this hotel,it's like being in a 5 stars hotel Very clean,I enjoyed the outdoor (pool,cabanas and fire pit) Breakfast exceptional 😋,but most importantly staff,Debbie was amazing,truly I will come back again and highly recommend this place.great job

The hotel overall was great. The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. I will also recommend to others.

Wish this location excepted pets. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

very clean, had easy access, very well maintained

there should be dark curtains in center of window to block out lights. The dark decorative ones only covered the end of the windows and sheets were in center. Looked beautiful, but not functional.

While having breakfast the kitchen head kept complaining loudly about all the people there for breakfast

More places to sit to eat breakfast and more staff on Sunday to service breakfast.

Tia is my go to hotel for Lake Jackson. the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

They gave us an extra hour to checkout since my daughter was preparing for graduation.
