The size of the room was fantastic and just right for our needs! I thought only one of my rooms had the kitchenette but both did and it was so very welcome for all the added room it gave, and the fact that it had an almost full sized fridge was amazing!! The bathroom was very clean, well appointed and I absolutely loved the rainfall shower head <3 Also, the beds were SUPER comfortable and I don't usually say that about hotel beds. This location was so close to anything you might need and just 5 minutes from Surfside beach!! I CANNOT wait to book our next stay at this location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Only thing I didn't like was that the trash cans were too small for the rooms.

If Hotel full, not enough parking in court yard, plenty outside but not as save. Quiet, no noise from gas station and only minimal from road. Large room. Guest laundry.

Not a prime location, just behind a gas station. Breakfast was very limited, no bread, no toast, no bagels, very disappointing; just flakes, yogurt and some sweet stuff.

they have late ck out. so I was able to stay and extra hr without charge. I left at 12

they didn’t have the breakfast like the other by Wyndham I have stayed before. they had no eggs or sausage.. and they don’t have a limit of waffle people can make at once so I had to wait until this lady with 4 kids, finish making her freaking 5 waffles not cool..

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and well lit which is great for the sense of safety and security.

The only issue I had with the stay was when trying to check in, the night clerk could not get my credit card to work and stated that my credit card was expired. I had to use my wife's credit card instead. I called my credit card company and checked into this issue and was told that the clerk could have corrected this issue at her end but apparently did not know how.

Room was big and clean and everything worked great in the room as well.

What Booking.com said I would be charged was NOT what the hotel charged my card and I was NOT given a heads up. The charge was for MORE than what booking.com quoted and this threw off my entire checking account the day before I checked out!

Our stay was comfortable; the only issue was we requested a King and she gave us a 2 queen. We didn’t realize it until we unpacked😀 so we decided to stay in the 2 queen room.

Assign the requested room that was booked online.

Clean and spacious double queen studio room. Could fit another 2 twin mattresses in there to sleep more people if needed.

Breakfast was ok. Cereal, yogurt, big waffle maker and some prepackaged foods was available.

The property was really clean and the rooms were very nice. Our whole family stayed here in several different rooms for a last minute beach trip! The ladies at the front desk really helped us out a lot!! Along with the property being about 10 minutes from the beach so we were able to come and go as we pleased!

There really isn’t enough parking and some of the guest would double park or be over the line which made us have to park close to the street and walk up. There really should be a rule enforced to make people park better considering how small the parking lot is.

It was very well kept and clean. I loved it had a kitchenette and the bathroom was big, spacy and comfortable. Loved the shower

The location was not very appropriate. Our room faced an apartment complex that wasn't very eye appealing.

We've stayed here several times over the past few years and it's one of the best stays we've had. First of all, rooms are very well appointed, with tile floors, decent beds, modern light fixtures, all of which make the rooms feel larger, brighter and cleaner. The rooms have a good desk for working, and bathrooms have great shower heads and fogfree mirrors. Some rooms have kitchenette with nice deep sink, full size fridge and 2 burner stove. At about an hour from Houston or galveston, the prices are stable and consistently low, making it worth the drive to stay here. This is my go to for an affordable spur of the moment trip. The operators of the hotel are nice people and even the cleaning staff were nice and trustworthy.

The only downside of this hotel is its location but I would say that is true for any hotel in the area, so not specific to this hotel. Most who plan to stay here will be fine with the gritty and industrial character of the area.
