Property was very clean and well maintained. Hotel manager was always present and made certain that staff was well-trained and displayed a cheerful attitude. Service here was excellent. By far the best hotel experience of the three we stayed at throughout central Texas, and surprisingly, the lowest cost. Housekeeping even replaced the towels each day, which was nice since this kind of service disappeared since Covid for no reason.

Breakfast could have been better but was above the norm that we have experienced in these hotels. No other issues at all.

Had a bathtub and a refrigerator WITH a freezer compartment! We have to travel with a few freezer packs for medication. So, we could keep the packs frozen for the trip forward. Bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was very good!

The freezer had not been defrosted in some time. There was even someone else’s freezer pack that got left that was frozen solid & unremovable in the freezer. Hence, less space available for us to put ours in. 😩 At our check-out, we turned it off, left door open, placed pans for drip, & reported to staff. 😇 We we recommend that housekeeping should be checking & maintaining the freezers regularly. ❤️

The staff were very friendly and complied with all requests. Nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was reasonable.

there was one cockroach in the room. The bed linen could be replaced with a new one, it is quite worn

The staff was excellent....helpful and friendly. My children arrived later than I did. The night reception person made sure to hold their room keys so they wouldn't have to wake me up in the middle of the night. The morning person allowed them to check out an hour late since they enjoyed the night life the night before.

The rooms were cleaner than other hotels we've been in recently. More expensive ones. You could walk across the floor without your feet turning black. Room was large and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Toiletries available if needed. Plenty of towels. Quiet room. Good A/C in room.

TheIr site advertised Hot Continental Breakfast. One reason we chose this hotel. A small muffin was the extent of the breakfast. No cereal, fruit, drink available. Definitely nothing hot. There were some stains on the sofa in the sitting area of the room. It needed a good cleaning. Carpets were a bit dingy in color, probably old and worn, but still appeared clean. The main areas of the hotel were musty smelling and warm. A/C did not appear to be on in the common areas. The ice machine on our floor did not work, or wasn't turned on. Bedside phone was not functional. Desk phone was working.

The size of the room and the beds were very comfortable.

There was quite a bit of trash in the trashcans that was overflowing and needed attention through the day. The breakfast had very limited options and this could still be due to COVID. The boarding of the hot tub seemed a little dangerous and I think there might have been a better way to block that out if it is out of use.

The staff was customer service people. Their voice was always smiling. The property was clean and comfortable!
