The room was beautiful. The aesthetic was very pleasing. The toiletries in the room were great, the stocked fridge and snacks were nice to have access to. Parking was pretty reasonable in relation to distance to our room. We didn’t encounter many staff beyond reception but she was lovely.

The room was pretty hot. Not sure why as we turned the A/C temp down before bed but the system would not come down to temp so it was a little uncomfortable in that respect and usually that would be enough to warrant us giving a bad review (who wants to be hot and sweaty all night?) but everything else was perfect so we would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff was great! Very clean. Really unique hotel. Great location.

Room was a bit warm. Sliding bathroom door did not work well. We could open/close with a lot of strength but some guests would not have been able to move it. Pool area closed too early for mid summer.

Location was convenient. Property was uniquely decorated/designed.

The bedding was problematic. It was not cold enough to require the comforter all night (and it was cold outside!). But, the sheet alone was not sufficient. Something in between the 2 would have been a good option. We also could have used more than 2 bath towels. We wanted to get something to eat at 1015 pm and the kitchen was closed.

It’s clean and in a great spot to be able to enjoy the town without having to get in a car and drive around. The Canteen has great food, drinks, and weekend entertainment is awesome and can be enjoyed from the courtyard balcony. The fire pits are a nice touch.

The gates that surround the establishment need keys to unlock but honestly, none of the gates by my room were working properly so security was poor to my standards. Parking needs to be monitored better because it’s limited and hotel guests tend to have to park in parking garage and the other parking around is paid parking.

The atmosphere is so peaceful even being in an amazing location close to campus.

We had issues with the in room coffee maker - it exploded several k-cups that we had to clean up, but just go down to the Canteen and get coffee instead.

the lighting in the bathroom was very very dark. it was like there was no lighting at all. maybe someone put the wrong wattage of light bulbs in over the sink.

Cool property

Party scene at the pool, smokers/drinkers in the public areas. We just wanted to sit outside to enjoy the nice weather and it was difficult to find somewhere to sit away from smokers and partiers

We were here for an A&M event and this hotel is exceptionally well appointed, located and the outdoors make you feel on vacation!! The room was big, the bathroom super nice!! The staff is very nice!!! A GEM!!!

beautiful room and gardens. the century square town center has some excellent restaurants.

the Canteen restaurant closed too early.

Once we arrived, we were disappointed to find out that there was no continental breakfast being served, as was originally advertised when we booked our stay.

Better coffee selections in room & more coffee condiments to share. There wasn't enough for both of us to share and the coffee was bland.
