Great location, about 5 minute drive from Texas A& M. The court yard and pool area on the inside are beautiful and relaxing. The rooms look like little 2 bedroom apartments, i loved the set up but could use a bit of a upgrade in the bed rooms. The kitchen is set up nicely and was very clean. Range top,2 compartment sink, microwave, full size refrigerator. Dishes, pots, pans and silverware with small amount of cleaning supplies available. The little office area at the entrance offers a small Breakfast every morning which includes Coffee, tea, juices, milk, cereal, bagels, cream cheese, cupped and fresh fruits, toasts joghurt, peanut butter and jellies, snack bars and hard boiled eggs as well as a social hour with a small Charcuterie board and wine in the early evening hours. We were pretty conferences. With it being so small and tjedoors being locked , with code entrance for guests only,, after dark, there's not alot of foot traffic or people that dont belong,, in the area.. it was very peaceful and quiet.Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. It was a great price for the stay!

Didn't care for the parking., but that comes with the set up of the building and no one is at the front desk area 24 hours. They do however have a person on call on the phone, not sure how that works exactly when you need assistance at the location though, since I didnt. The pool area needs some repairs and one of the 2 sets of stairs was out if order which made everyone that was on one side if the Building walk around and have to walk up to the second set on the opposite side. There is no elevator which sucked a bit cause I had to haul all the luggage up the stairs and back down at checkout and was not made aware of that prior, did however also not specifically look for it in the Hotel description.

The room was nice room with a kitchenette. There is a refrigerator, gas stove, and even a dishwasher. The shower was amazing. The water pressure was the strongest I have ever experienced. The social hour was a nice touch with the sample wines, cheese spread, crackers, etc.

The mattress was old and not too comfortable. The coffee pot, as is usual in most every hotel I have stayed, in need of deep cleaning. I suggest that you not use the coffee maker in the hotel room. You will probably be drinking remnants of bugs (and that is in any hotel, not just this one; you have been warned).

It has a nice kitchen, couch, and fridge. They also have the utensils, if you want to try some cooking, this is right on.

Unfortunately, one of the stairs was closed during the week I came in. I had to walk through the yard to get the other stair, climb up, and then turn around to walk to my room. Also, there’s no vending machine to buy a soap/detergent. The machines only accept quarters. Perhaps upgrading them for credit card acceptance will help.

The common areas are very pretty. It's very nice to have the happy hour. The bed was very comfortable. It was great to have a full kitchen. Glad to see there were cameras at the parking lots.

None of the 3 TVs in my 2-bedroom apartment were working. There was a message on the screens that said something about a scrambled signal. I notified the front desk at around 7:00 PM the first evening, but no one was around to fix it. I asked to please have at least one working for the next evening. No one even tried to fix it. The remote was in the same place I left it. Very lonely to spend 2 nights at a hotel without TV.

The room was adorable with the old fashioned furniture. The grounds surrounded by the hotel was beautiful! The pool, the plants, even the music they played was like being in Italy. The birds were singing while we sat outside enjoying our breakfast and coffee. The staff were wonderful and friendly. We were there for a seminar in the city, but we visited the Leach's Learning Garden at Texas A&M where we had a picnic, beautiful place to visit, great variety of plants!

The breakfast was just a continental breakfast, limited options.

Very quiet. Studio room with large, comfortable king bed. Great water pressure in shower. Accommodations are "home away from home" (full size fridge, cooking facilities, dishes, plenty of towels). Several dining and retail options within walking distance. Generally a notch above a standard hotel room.

It was quite difficult to stand up from the sofa. It was a sofa bed, which usually somewhat softer than a standard sofa, but it was hard to get off the sofa with my arthritic joints. The only other seating was a wooden chair.

It is a very cozy and full of character. We did not get to use the pool but I wish we had. The room is more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. The staff was very friendly. It is very close to the university and walking distance to Whataburger. My 18 year old did mention she like the atmosphere there!

The office and amenities (like the laundry room) close at night so it is hard to get help after 10PM. The courtyard is lovely but there are a lot of bugs because of the plants. That's fine with me but I know some would not like it. If you are looking for a modern place, this is not for you. Across the street from major retail is good and bad cuz traffic was busy at certain times of the day/night.

Vineyard is a nice, quaint, older hotel. I only stayed overnight. Surprised at having two bedrooms at such a great rate. The rooms are clean. The hotel is one block from University Blvd. Shops and restaurants are nearby. What-A-Burger is less than a football field away. The courtyard is great for cigars and beverages. Reminiscent of an apartment I lived in when I was younger. That is probably why I will be back.

the service is very good and facility is also very good. This hotel has a courtyard inside so it is very safe. It also provide a Gym room, I like it. The housekeeping is good, didn't take tips. This hotel make me feel very warm and sweet, like a big family.

The only issue is, it doesn't have an elevator

The property is excellent in location, in price, and in all facilities. Only the cleanliness needs to be taken care of. Carpet flooring and bathroom floor tiles are extremely dirty, cockroaches here and there. Furnitures have never been wiped. But, overall experience was not that much bed, especially in comparison to prices to other properties. Entire premise is well maintained, but not the interior of rooms and suites.
