The rooms are great they have a refrigerator all the plates and silverware very clean will put together

I hate the bathroom door I understand you need one but the thing is so big it always is in the way also the breakfast ended at 9:00 I thought it was a little early I thought 9:30 would be more appropriate they also started charging for dogs they never charged me in the past now they want to charge so I had to leave my dog in the hospital an extra night we came there to Texas a&m for him to get a pacemaker

Great location and property is clean.

The toilet ran from the time we got there until I took the lid off and fixed it myself. The WiFi internet was not usable, via regular customer or my Honors login, even after I called staff to tell them it was extremely slow. If I was on business, I would have probably left to go to another hotel. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Cheap prepackaged bagels and boiled eggs are not a good, or even decent breakfast. There was no juice offered either. That is not a hot breakfast by any means, even during COVID.

Very clean , lobby smells lovely, rooms are clean and smell nice, loved that shampoo and body wash was provided ( smelled awesome too) having a kitchen was great too. The breakfast was very delicious and loved the diffent veriety.

it was a pet friendly hotel and was very quiet and accomodating. I love that there was games in the lobby and that it was a welcoming atmosphere - just not go up to your room!

Breakfast could have been a little more - it was really sparse and they didn't go a minute past the posted time for breakfast to end - even though there were people still trying to get first serves.

Location in Northgate. New front staff was great. She just came over from Marriott. Good hire!

Ran out of coffee. Food attendant did not have a sense of urgency to help get it replaced.

They hotel itself was very good but the staff made our stay awesome. We were here for over a week while waiting to get keys to our new home and the staff was always friendly and helpful when it came to printing out emails and making copies. Oh did I mention the breakfast was also amazing?

The size of the room was great for a large family. I did, however, book a room with a bathtub but was put in one with a shower only. Tubs are easier with small kids.

The breakfast was not the best. The space around it was difficult to maneuver around while getting food. Wouldn't pay extra for breakfast for sure.

Front desk was super friendly and helpful whole time I was there! I arrived later than expected the first evening due to traffic. Accommodations were excellent!

Breakfast attendant was not so customer friendly, but the rest of the staff were phenomenal!

Breakfast in a bag time is over. Was in San Antonio and they were serving hot food . They served cafe style and handed food to folks. Buffets are open and are serving. Masks and gloves. Step it up. Same with pools and spas. Ride in the same elevator but can't distance in pool areas? We are getting lazy folks. We stay every other weekend and the hotel chains can use the kitchen and serve safe.

Missed it, fished 0900 and we only made it down 0915 and all packed away.
