The staff is always great and helpful

There's never any trash bags in the trash cans the big one in the hall had a new one draped over the side like the people staying there needed to put it in so I'm guessing room service doesn't like doing trash bags. I noticed the arm of my desk chair was loose and when I came back to my room there was the bolt laying on the TV stand the arm of the chair hanging off I figure shouldn't they report that to be fixed instead of leaving it for me to fix so I'm also guessing thinking room keeping doesn't wanna take care of that either. Everything else is great and I appreciate their kindness and help.

the pillows were A1 , even thought there was only 3 ha! the staff was very friendly and explained everything after paying . breakfast was simple but good . and I didn’t have any problems with seeing filth anywhere . it was nice coming back to our room after a day out to a clean room , more soaps , and a freshly made bed! would definitely stay again!

the location was a little off because of the building beside being remodeled , but once it looks better , it will feel to be a better spot for the hotel . nice location as far as nothing being to far of a drive!

everything was clean and new. the breakfast was delicious and very hearty. they had breakfast croissants, kolaches (pigs in a blanket), sausage biscuits and waffles. they had great coffee, apple juice, orange juice and all kinds of snacks like honey buns and fresh fruit. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my son at A&M.

the elevator had a weird smell of dog.

The cleaning ladies were nice and helpful when I didn't have what I needed in my room. There was no shampoo/conditioner and only 3 towel sets for 4 people.

I was surprised to find our room didn't have a coffee pot but others did. I will have to get that upgrade next time!

The front desk was very helpful in resolving an issue with the door latch sliding shut when we closed the door and it wouldn’t open.

The Continental Breakfast was slacking on Friday morning when there was an hour left until it closed. There needs to be more in the department of protein offerings…like eggs and meat. Definitely have too many carbs offered.

Our bed had some nasty black stuff on the mattress and bed linen. We called the front desk and a young lady came immediately! She looked at it and called the manager. We were moved to another room immediately.

The cleaning staffs vulgarity and non professionalism. On FaceTime, cussing and being loud. Taking up the lobby at breakfast time with their loud conversations

Very clean. Free breakfast. Extremely affordable. Checkout is at 12:00, which is a huge plus! Lots of parking.

My neighbors were being very loud. It sounded like the were throwing their luggage around. I don’t know if I could hear them because they were being super loud or because the walls are so thin that you can hear everything. The waffles at breakfast didn’t taste so great, was a little disappointed cuz I was looking forward to that

Breakfast was good. There was waffle which is a favorite of mine. There should have been more fruit selection.

The breakfast area should have been bigger. People were standing close to where the foods are. There should be coffee in the room.

Went for my son’s college graduation, everything was just as I expected. The staff was very friendly even asked for a late checkout and they accommodated my request, and the room was clean!
