Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Houston Conroe

All of the staff was inviting and they really did what they could to make their guest feel welcome.

The room we were I'm was small. And not handicapped friendly. My husband is semi mobile but it was a challenge to get him on and off the toilet. Please consider putting handicapped bars on the wall beside the toilet.

Great breakfast with lots of choices! Room was large and the beds were very comfortable. Located close to the event we were at. The room was a fully handicap accessible room which was as reserved, which has not always been what we got when booking online.

We weren't able to check in when we arrived, there was a problem with the way the reservation was formatted. Then once we could check in, there was a gas leak nearby that made the hotel not have hot water.

Very easy to get in and out of hotel parking lot despite it being behind another hotel. Since it is set back from the road, the room was very quiet! Breakfast was varied and thoughtful - I've never had a hotel breakfast offer a breakfast taco option. We were each able to get a great breakfast (taco, yogurt, egg muffin, bagel, fruit, coffee, juice) and take everything to the car since we were running late.

Everything was pretty darn good!

I have never stayed at a Fairfield hotel before, so I wasn't really expecting much. At most, I was expecting that it would be around the same quality as a 2 or 3 star hotel. However, the hotel was very beautiful and clean and so was my hotel room. I would definitely be staying at a Fairfield hotel in the future. It was a pleasant surprise and I believe it rivaled most 4 star hotels in service, quality and aesthetics.

Place is perfect for where I am to be that weekend. It's close to all of the other things I did. Easy to get to etc. Very clean and rooms were very nice.

Only bad thing was the regular coffee wasn't ready when breakfast time came. That's all.

The breakfast was delicious.

We could not reach the electrical outlet to plug in the coffee maker. The electrical outlet was behind a heavy piece of furniture.So we could not make coffee.

The hot breakfast was wonderful as was the pool.

The workout room was too hot to work out in and too small. The machines were unplugged from the Wi-Fi and there was no room to use the weights. Also as a platinum member we had late checkout but the tv kept shutting off every 15 minutes. We called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do.

Everything plus the extra free complimentary drinks and popcorn. Very unexpected but very pleased.

Wished that the handicapped parking was more than 1 by the front entrance

The whole state froze...there was no breakfast...I was impressed with Margarita the General Manager. The lobby was a madhouse...water was out reservations were lost...there was so much stress...people were rude. Margarita calmly took care of everyone. She genuinely cared for everyone & what was happening & made it her mission to take care of every one of us. The hotel was nice...little overpriced...but ...average. Nice. Margarita is the most memorable part of the whole experience.

Not sure if the front desk communicates with housekeeping as housekeeping will bang on your door, if you don't respond they burst into your room for cleaning. The front desk tells you at check in that they don't clean the rooms everyday. So why are they banging on the door after only one night?
