clean big comfortable rooms and very comfortable bedding. although I didn’t have time to enjoy the breakfast that came free with the room, it looked delicious with a lot of options!

there was no time for the printers in the work room and when asked there was no back up supply. one of the trains I stayed there was to take advantage of that and that was disappointing.

Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Building was very quiet.

Thursday while we were out they cleaned our room but did not close the door tight so was left open all day until we returned in the evening. When we told the front desk they said "oh it's okay!'. Not okay with us. Staff was always on their phone in the breakfast room while refilling things. Never said Hi or acknowledge us. Desk people very short and unfriendly when talking to you.

Clean, great location, pet friendly, friendly staff!

Only complaint was that our A/C unit did not seem to be fully pulling its weight during the triple digit heat. It worked but took a long while to cool the room and it never got completely cold.

One hundred dollar "security deposit" to be refunded in five days??? shower tub handle took brute force to turn off. Needs new washer I guess. Hot and cold water hard to control in shower.

Staff was great. Very friendly, courteous, and competent. Room was clean and comfortable, just a little noise from other rooms. A/C worked well and was quiet. Just a few very minor issues with maintenance, nothing that affected our stay. Breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage links or patties, biscuits and sausage gravy, pastries, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffle maker, cereal, coffee, juice, and milk) was good,

Biggest headache was we had to constantly have our room keys reprogrammed. Didn't always have everything for breakfast out on time. Biscuits were hard and tasted stale the first day. Didn't have biscuits and gravy on the last day.

Decent hot breakfast provided but it was the same every day - no variety. Bed was comfortable. TV was good with good channel options. Some of the staff were very friendly/pleasant!

I was in a pet friendly room and we have poodles because we are allergic to dog hair. The room likely had dogs before us but the room was NOT sufficiently vacuumed to remove pet hair so our allergies were activated. Our bathroom smelled strongly of bleach - I know you are trying to clean with COVID but this was extremely unpleasant and strong. Also, the ice machine needs cleaning (on 2nd floor). A lot of the ice came out coated in a black material - not sure if it was mold or metal from the machine. Gross! I also think you shouldn't call yourself pet friendly when you tack on $25 per night per pet. A lot of pet-friendly places either don't have fees or they limit the number of nights they have fees.

I loved that the pool stayed open much later. That way all the fat women and screaming kids were gone

Very Very difficult to leave if your going south you have you have to try and cross 2 lanes very heavy traffic to get into the left turn lane most times i had to go straight across and make a U turn to go south. To go north was easy

Pet friendly! Great Breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels. Restaurants close by. Big carts for bring stuff up to your room. Ice makers on each floor. Nice exercise room. Beverage dispensers on each floor. Just a really nice hotel. Definitely a stay again place.

Definitely not a semi-truck destination. No parking for a big rig. Kind of hard to get to as the hotel is behind a couple of fast-food restaurants and a Discount Tire. Very limited parking.

Exceptionally clean, recently remodeled, perfectly functional air conditioning system. Our room was quite despite being right off the freeway. Staff is very cordial and helpful with information.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Rooms had fridge/microwave/coffee maker. No issues with the Wifi. Even with my room facing the freeway, car noise wasn't a problem. COVID protocols were in place, but still had a better breakfast than most places I've stayed during the pandemic. Has a small fitness center, but I didn't use it.

Hot tub didn't work - was same temperature as the pool. Very limited parking - had to park at the restaurants next door a couple of times.
