Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites

The location was really good for going to TWU for my daughter's graduation. We stayed here in the pass so it was our first and only pick for staying. The breakfast was good and fruit was sweet. Even the coffee was good for a hotel.

The faucets in the bathroom fell off, sink and shower. We reported the problems and thought it would be fixed upon returning to the room Saturday night but NO it wasn't. My sister put both pieces in a ziploc bag and returned them during checkout. The manager on duty rolled her eyes and was unprofessional.

The size of the room was larger the breakfast was a hot meal and the time foe the breakfast was perfect. The hotel was immaculate! The staff helpful and pleasant. I utilized the business center and the location was great. You can walk to restaurants, near Walmart, near manicurist and I appreciated the overall experience! And no iam not paid for this review. It was great!

I pretty much was impressed by EVERYTHING...very clean,enjoyed having a bar table an 2barstools inside the room..i enjoyed having the seating inside the very spacious shower..enjoyed the amazing view..it also had a very nice bar that you can get drinks an its accessible from the pool area..it was walking distance to great restaurants..the location is a plus,its right off the highwway..a really nice place to stay!

The jetts weren't working at the iacuzzi pool...it would have been nice to have had an ice maker in the refrigerator inside the room..there was not any paper towels/dish liquid for the kitchenette area.

Beautiful. Very well decorated. Comfortable. Elegant. Very clean. Staff were friendly, accommodating and always wore a smile. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10 and the food service staff were delightful. Gym was very nice but the pool and hot tub took my breath away. Best lodging I have ever stayed in. I am telling everyone what a beautiful facility this is. Absolutely Perfect!

I like the size of the room and the furnishings. They desk staff was kind and helpful.

The refrigerator wasn't clean and actually had a lot of nasty yellow water in the bottom of it so I kept my stuff on the top shelf only. There was a bottle of bathroom cleaner left by the coffee pot that I'm sure was just overlooked, there were used condiments packets behind the coffee pot. I was given a door hanger to place on the door for requested items, when I returned the door hanger had been retrieved but the requested items were not there. None of this affected my stay. It is a pleasant place and I enjoyed the room

The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Absolutely easiest check in. No issues. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The young man who served breakfast was cheerful and very helpful. The BEST experience! 5 STARS!!

Amazing shower, big room, very clean, super comfy bed! I always stay here when coming through denton. The little bar is great. The pool and hot tub area are beautiful. The inside of this hotel Is beautiful. I love everything about it.

our room didn’t have a tub. maybe because it was because it was a handicap room, I wanted a suite but wasn’t pick.

While I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, staff was vacuuming the hallway by our door and kept hitting the vacuum on the door ( and I had the privacy please sign on our door).It was 9:45 so most folks probably are up by this time! 😂
