The location was great, staff was friendly and room was comfortable!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the balconies did not open which is very unfortunate because the view is beautiful! I was aware they didn’t open before booking but it’s just a waste of balcony, they should have a big clear window instead!

We had a great room with a great view of the bay. The bathtub/shower was nice to soak in. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was a very nice size and it was very clean.

We were not told upon check-in that the $15 parking fee was already charged to me, and when we went to leave after trying several times to pay and card being denied we had to back out of the gate and I had to go inside to find out that it was a good thing the machine had been acting up or I would have been charged twice and to just go and push the "Attendant needed" button to have them let us out. Lack of communication, we turned in our key and all we got was a "Thank you", they could've told us then, "BTW the gate is messing up and you will need to push the attendant needed button to get out."

Room was nice.

Parking facilities look dark, anyone can enter to the garage so safety is a concern

The hotel staff was AWESOME. Particularly Joan( front desk) and Arial ( manager) We had a few mishaps, but they were so helpful and so understanding. From the moment we walked in all staff members were so welcoming. This hotel was a great location for us being that we were there for the Aquarium and Lexington.

We did not like the outdated room . The pull out sofa was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE with the springs almost noticeable. One of the televisions was not working ( they couldn't fix it) . One other thing that I did not like was that Booking.com did not have all the important information that the hotel website did like that there is a $15 per day charge for on site parking! I think this is very important information that should be posted. Had I known this prior to booking I might have looked else where only because of our family finances. Luckily for us the parking was waved due to some of the mishaps of the room.

Love the location and the cleanliness of the entire hotel ,also the staff and front desk staff were excellent very inviting, im not sure the young gentleman that was working up front when I checked in but he was outstanding very professional and inviting I would definitely come back again with great people like him ,we did have an issue with the room we got the restroom was a bit dirty and towels where very dirty, I did call front desk to let them no I needed clean towels because these where dirty, please make sure towels are clean and not reused someone folded them nice and neat but they where used shouldn't have been folded for next guest we actually love this hotel because they have always been cleaner than most in Corpus Christi.

We accidentally booked during Buck Days. It was wonderful. Right on the parade route. They were nice enough to check us in early too. Customer service was great and really friendly. The hotel was prettier than the pictures in my opinion and didn't have that old smell which made me feel like it was being cleaned regularly.

I hate rhat the balconies cannot be used. I knew ahead of time, but it was a bummer since we had to leave the room to really enjoy the parade although we could see it from our balcony window. The lights flickered a couple of times and they had electrical problems with one of the elevators. It got really busy and we sometimes had to wait for several elevators before we could get back to our room. But I guess that's to be expected and it didn't spoil our trip.

Location and access. Friendliness of staff

The fact that the balcony wasn’t accessible and the rooms were a bit outdated and not as clean as I would have liked. I also wish that the room service was accessible via the TV or there was at least something in the room that told you what was on the menu or what was close to you to go and eat and drink at because there was no literature.

The overall hotel stay was good.

I requested a set of sheets and it took me over 2 hours to get them. I had to call three times. When someone finally came they brought towels instead of sheets. The person said they would be right back with the sheets. After an hour I had to call back to check status only to be told no one could bring them. After midnight someone knocked on the door to bring the sheets. If someone would have told me when I initially called that I had to come and get them it would have been no problem.

First floor bar and restraunt was amazing quality and value. Everyone was friendly and professional. Location was very convenient for doing things around town like going to the aquarium. View of the marina was great. Everything looked and felt nice in the room very clean good quality. Parking was very easy felt safe leaving my vehicle inside.

The bathroom was a little cramped. Bar for the shower curtain was loose. Tub drained slowly enough that water pooled up at the bottom of the tub during a shower.

I loved the view and the size of the room. It was clean and spacious. The front desk clerks was very nice and helpful.

The bartender wasn't a people person. He wasn't nice. I really didn't like the fact that you couldn't open the balcony doors. The reason I get ocean view rooms is to actually enjoy the view and you really can't do that through the glass.
