Hookers and meth heads around outside asking for money. Was told by other travelers to lock cars very well and don't walk outside by yourself.

I booked 3 nights at this property and I had the best experience while I'm traveling by the US with my family! First of all - service! They called me twice to ask what time I will come to prepare my room. As we are traveling with kids, we booked a non-smoking room, no pets, with a refrigerator and microwave (for me, it was important as I have a 1yo baby). We got this room. It was clean and big enough (2 queen beds, sofa, office table, chair, small bench, TV, closets, bathtub). Everything was very comfortable. When we arrived there was a man and woman who looks non-adequate, or maybe they were under something or drunk, they tried to take a room and the reception man don't allowed them to do this. I liked it because it means that they care who stays in the hotel. Second of all - best breakfast during all 3star hotels ever! There were waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, 2 types of bagels, muffins, pancakes, cream cheese, yogurts, apples, oranges, bananas, 3 types of cereal, oatmeal, hot cocoa, delicious coffee, 2 types of juices. Plenty of food! As we usually do not stay during the day in the hotel, just sleep at night, we were very happy with this experience. Thank you!

Vee at reception is excellent and so are other staff members. Being a South African in a foreign land can be scary but she made it comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Real value for money.

Not familiar with Dallas but the area it is in could be a problem for someone else with ladies hanging around the street. It didn’t bother us. We will stay again.

Everything was decent. The staff was a wonderful, nice housekeeper and Great Breakfast they have bacon. Most hotels have sauages, beds are comfy and clean..

Overall everything was great except the fact you have to pay a 100 deposit that you get back 7to 10 business I think that's a bit pricey and you have to pay it each reservation you make I've heard of 50 deposit but 100 nahhhh...

The last 3 times I've stayed in Dallas I've stayed at this particular location. This property is insanely closely situated to where I want to be in Dallas plus, getting to the airport the next day is a 'piece of cake'.

There was a bit of an extremely loud verbal altercation occurring between two guests outside as I was arriving to check in. When the manager intervened in attempt to calm the situation, the argument continued for a few minutes. Perhaps I shouldn't mention this, but, as an actor, I learn a lot about conflict by being close to the 'action'. This display, though, is so alien to this hotel. It's usually quiet and tremendously relaxing...

The two ladies that were at the front desk where really sweet and helpful. I really enjoyed visiting with them and they made us feel very welcomed. We were there for our 44th wedding anniversary and just wanted to get away from home for a bit. Your staff was awesome thank you.

We have no complaints at all. Everything was clean, staff were awesome. What more could we ask for.

I didn't have the breakfasts mainly because there's a waffle house beside it and I have to have it. The location was iffy at arrival but don't judge a book by its cover. I had no issues. I'd stay several times over as the rooms were immaculate!

The elevator is out so I waited for first floor rooms to be ready. Took about 15min but it was worth it.

Clean rooms. Maintained building. Easy car entrance and exit. Well light parking lot.

Didn't like that I had to drive through a horde of "woman of the night", To get to the building entrance 😁. Kind of awkward sense I purchased the rooms and went with my newlywed wife and kids. Lot of questions were asked of me that night.

Everything was great! Nice clean rooms….plenty of space for me and my family.

The features of the hotel listed that this was a suite with a microwave and coffee maker…..we didn’t have neither of the two. I had to leave out of my room and go warm my food in the area lobby. I also didn’t like that they didn’t really have a full breakfast…..only muffins, apples, oranges, fruit cup, oatmeal packs, orange juice, coffee, & a breakfast sandwich you had to warm in the microwave. I wanted thinks like waffles, eggs, bacon, etc……..Also there were people smoking marijuana on the property & it was very strong you could smell it when you got of your vehicle. I’m not sure if the staff knew.

Broken bathtub k Ins, torn shower curtains, nubby sheets , comforter and pillowcases shaved fabric. Being told they offered continental breakfast, they displayed hot warmers on counters only offered to go foods, coffe always empty. I I was loud and I believe there was some drug activity going on from rooms… Doors opening and closing all hours of the night which consist of the same doors cars and car doors slamming people arguing and you can also see through the frame of the door into the room out to the hallway
