The room was well appointed with all of the essentials and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we had space to move around as well. We requested 2 rooms side by side and they were provided to us with no issues which hadnt been the case at the other hotels we used on this trip.

The hotel sits next door to an adult book shop but we did not hear anything during our stay. It concerned me that we might be in a rough area of town, but it ended up being just fine. The parking lot was very well lit and security monitors were in place.

This property is immaculate. The landscaping and the outside of the property is well maintained and inside it rivals a chain hotel. The room we stayed in was large and well appointed. The room was very clean and comfortable. I thought it was a remodel because it is a motel with outdoor access, but it is a new build — only 5 1/2 years old and very well maintained. The owners really care about the property and it shows. It is right off of the interstate, but I don’t recall hearing any noise. We slept very well. The bed was comfy. There is a free continental breakfast with waffles like the chain restaurants have.

I didn’t have any issues. I was fine with the continental breakfast although I do prefer a hot breakfast with protein. However, for the money I saved by staying here, I could have stopped somewhere else and had a really good breakfast.

This is my fifth time staying at the Palace Inn, I truly like the facilities and the staff. Rooms are clean, well kept, spacious. The value for the dollar is very good, and it is centrally located to restaurants and the freeway.

There is really nothing to complain about. If your going to go to sleep early as I was on this trip and are on the ground floor, cars coming in after dark may light up your room with headlights, and there is a faint sound of traffic on I10 which I don't mind as I enjoy a level of white noise in the background.

The rooms are up to par with a Hilton Tru, for example. Clean, comfortable and pretty. They still offer lotion, shampoo and soap, where others do not. We're staying again on our return trip, so we're very happy with our choice! It's the details, too. They stamp the toilet paper roll. It's so cute!

The breakfast was the only thing lacking. They did offer breakfast sandwiches to heat up in the microwave, and waffles to cook oneself, so I can't complain much.

Large room, easy access (on first floor), chairs for sitting, good enough bed. Bathroom has separate room for toilet. Step in shower, large counter at sink. We appreciated the solid surface floor; often carpets are pretty dirty, so the un-carpeted floor is more likely to be clean. Front desk people were always at the desk and friendly. Breakfast selections were about average in this price range.

Minor complaints: No freezer in the fridge No extra towels, but they were adequate. Location is kind of an industrial area right next to the freeway. No nearby restaurants, etc, and not a place we would want to walk around in. We knew that when we reserved the room, so this isn't a big negative, just pointing it out.

Initially I thought the location was questionable because Waze brought me the back way. The location was ON I-10, but I never heard traffic or even other travelers. It was quiet and clean and I got a great sleep. There was an iron and ironing board. Everything looks new and very well done. It's across the highway from shopping and restaurants! They also have a small putting green in a small space that likely might have just been dead space.

Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. I would suggest a better coffee dispenser, but other than that, we enjoyed it. The waffle maker was awesome - the kiddo loved making his own waffle.

Nothing - this was a nice stay at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. From the room to the staff to the breakfast, we could not be more pleased.

Very spacious rooms. Big bathroom. Love how the toilet was separate from shower. Vanity was fabolous!!! Very clean. Bed size was good. Have microwave and small fridge in room. Very convinient.Liked the style of the room. Safe location. Provided breakfast. Thermostat on wall for ac unit. Affordable reasonable price.

Entire site was cleanest I have stayed at in a long time! Best room too. FULL KITCHEN with all pans and plates necessary to cook meals. Every cabinet was fresh and clean and every door square and tight. No patch work or broken lamps! Beds were very comfortable. Modern and yet efficient without clutter.

Breakfast had a variety of choices. Clean rooms. Parking lot was in excellent conditions with ample room for larger vehicles.

Tables were not cleaned when patrons left since no staff was present in the breakfast area. The traffic noise from Interstate 10 was loud. Several reviews mentioned the noise. The bed was too hard for me.
