Second stay in less than a month. Check in and checkout were fast. Friendly, knowledgeable and service-driven front desk staff at all times. Rooms were big, clean, good AC, all facilities working with no issues. Big swimming pool. Breakfast was typical continental. Multiple national restaurants within walking distance including two literally in the same parking lot. Easy access off the highway. All in all, great value.

Rooms that face the highway do get a lot of car noise, so light sleepers should probably ask for a non-highway room. Minor cosmetic enhancements in hallways are needed. Nothing really major, this hotel is a solid choice.

I enjoyed my stay Everything was as Awesome as if Family was around great accomodations and the local area is awesome especially with local restaurants near by made this stay one my best and as well made my year so far thanks to the staff except one who ugh kicked me out and said I couldn't stay nomore but oh well right I know my title and where I stand lol

The remodeling during certain hours should be done 10am-2pm water brkfest and before check in

Quick check in and out, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, no issues during stay. Large pool was a plus. Excellent value overall. Two national restaurants and a popular local bar are right across the lobby.

Highway facing room got a bit loud at times, people with light sleep might want to ask for a city-facing room.

Traveled 1600 miles to meet with my son (haven't seen him for 20+ years), and traveled 1600 miles home. This hotel was the absolute best. We traveled with our dog, and the staff was very accommodating. Site had two pet areas, complete with waste bags and disposal cans. Room was very clean, the breakfast was very good (Continental+), and the staff very cordial. Easy off and on from I-10.

Not the fault of the staff, but nearly all locations around the property had fresh and decaying piles of dog poo. This is a reflection on the guests who were too irresponsible to pick up after their pet(s), even though the means was provided to do so. Shame on them - they give courteous quests with pets a bad rep! (Boo!)

Room was nice and clean

I booked this room about a month before and request a first floor room since one of the persons is handicap and was told by email right after booking it will be no problem with request. 3 days before my staying I got another email stating they couldn’t fulfill my request stating they where booked. Terrible experience

Rooms are nicely updated. Bed very comfortable. Front desk staff friendly.

Hallway carpet very old and dirty. Will be nice when that part is updated. It makes the first impression feel dirty and sketchy until you enter updated room. Plus there was broken floor tiles by entrance by pool. Just not good first impression.

the upgrades to the rooms (no carpet in the rooms) gave a clean appearance. the continental breakfast was good. non-smoking facility was greatly appreciated. nearby restaurants are within walking distance.

pet owners did not feel the need to pick up their dog’s poop even though the motel provided poop bags.

The room was clean and cool when I arrived. All of the personnel were polite and efficient. The amenities were available to be used if desired

One of the chairs in the room was very uncomfortable, so I just used the desk chair. At the sink, what should have been the cold water was hot. what should have hot was even hotter.

Water was lukewarm at best, not really hot enough for a shower. The contractors were invasive around the main entrance and could be heard from my room after 5pm chiseling concrete.

The room we stayed in was absolutely perfect and very roomy. Everything was so clean and organized. Check in was quick and efficient Well definitely being staying here from now on when we come to visit our family 😀
